硼矿的碱解液制硼砂及提纯研究

【摘要】:碱解法制硼砂工艺是一种操作简单,碱解率高,收率相对较好的方法,该方法包含硼的浸出和转化两个过程,而后者偏硼酸钠转化为硼砂过程是制约碱解法制硼砂工艺收率大小的重要因素。除杂净化更是决定着产品纯度大小的重要环节。通过调节溶液pH或NaHCO_3添加量来考察硼砂转化率的大小。结果显示,当溶液pH为9.0时,转化率达到82.7%,而当添加NaHCO_3为理论量的1.3倍时,转化率高达86%。两者共同作用时,转化率接近90%。另外,添加盐酸调节pH时能够更好地提高硼砂的纯度。
[Abstract]:The alkaliolysis of borax is a simple method with high alkali hydrolysis rate and relatively good yield. The method includes two processes: leaching and transformation of boron. However, the conversion of sodium metaborate to borax is an important factor that restricts the yield of borax by alkali hydrolysis, and impurity purification is an important part of determining the purity of the product. By adjusting the pH of the solution or the amount of NaHCO_3 added to the product, the investigation is made. The size of the borax conversion rate. The results show that, When pH was 9.0, the conversion rate reached 82.7 and when NaHCO_3 was 1.3 times of the theoretical amount, the conversion reached 86.The conversion rate was close to 90 when the two acted together. In addition, the purity of borax could be improved better by adding hydrochloric acid to adjust pH.
