临清贡砖烧制技艺保护研究

【摘要】：中国非物质文化遗产保护工作自开启以来,在各方面己取得显著的进展,初步构建起了符合中国国情的非物质文化遗产保护体系。中国是一个拥有五千年历史的文明古国,勤劳智慧的中华民族,创造了丰富多彩的非物质文化遗产,每项非遗之间千差万别,要做到真正意义的整体性保护,最终还是要落实到具体项目的保护,这才能真正体现非物质文化遗产保护的意义。因此,单个项目的系统整理与研究尤为迫切。山东省临清贡砖烧制技艺在2008年被列入中国非物质文化遗产保护国家名录,是中国传统手工技艺中材良工萃的典范代表。本文在对临清贡砖烧制技艺进行了充分调查和挖掘之后,阐释了临清贡砖烧制技艺的发展历史、形制与制度、烧制工艺过程、技艺传承和分布情况,以及技艺的文化内涵,并根据目前我国非物质文化遗产保护水平,研究制定出适合临清贡砖的整体性保护和生产性保护措施。笔者准备在此文中欲解决三个问题,第一是为什么明清政府会把烧造城砖的窑址选在临清,而不是其他地方,并且一烧500多年不曾间断；第二个问题是临清贡砖烧制技艺蕴含着哪些文化内涵和非物质文化遗产价值,如何深入挖掘；第三个问题是在坚持整体性保护原则下,让临清贡砖恢复往日的生产,采取哪些具体的生产性措施,才能更好的保护和延续临清贡砖烧制技艺。虽然,该选题是针对临清贡砖烧制技艺保护研究的具体个案研究,但也是对非遗保护和产业化理论的进一步丰富和深化。随着非遗传承与发展理论实践的不断提高和进步,对于非遗结合产业化的理论相关研究也在逐步的深入,目前研究状况虽然已有了可见的初步成果,但是我们所希望的系统性和开拓性的深入研究仍显得后劲不足,甚至有些领域尚属空白地带,临清贡砖烧制技艺的系统资料搜集目前还少有人详细整理,其本身价值也未作深入梳理和归纳,现状分析也不是很到位,对以后的保护和发展也没有令人可信服的结论和成果。所以,笔者选取临清贡砖烧制技艺为研究对象,结合国内其他非遗项目的发展经验,对临清贡砖未来产业化发展进行理论研究和深入探索,并总结出适合手工技艺类的非遗项目产业化未来发展模式,为以后非遗整体性保护提供可借鉴的经验。
[Abstract]:Chinese intangible cultural heritage protection work since opened, significant progress has been made in various aspects, has established a system of intangible cultural heritage protection in accordance with national conditions. Therefore, the system arrangement and study of individual projects is particularly urgent. Shandong Province Linqing tribute brick firing China techniques have been included in the national intangible cultural heritage protection in 2008, is a representative example of China traditional handicraft materials. In this paper the extraction of Linqing tribute brick firing techniques of full investigation and excavation of After the interpretation of the history of the development of Linqing tribute brick firing technology, structure and system, firing process, craftsmanship and distribution, and the art of cultural connotation, and according to the current China's intangible cultural heritage protection level, develop appropriate Linqing tribute brick overall protection and production of protective measures. The author prepared to solve the three problems in this paper, the first is why government will put in the Ming and Qing Dynasties Chengzhuan kiln in Linqing, rather than other places, and a burning for more than 500 years has not stopped; the second problem is Linqing tribute brick firing technology which contains the value and cultural connotation of the intangible cultural heritage, how to dig; the third problem is to stick to the whole principle of protection, let the Linqing tribute brick restoration of past production, what the production of specific measures, in order to better protect and extend the Linqing tribute brick firing technology Art. Although, this topic is to study the specific case study techniques to protect the firing of Linqing tribute brick, but also the intangible cultural heritage protection and industrialization theory further enriched and deepened. With the continuous improvement of Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance and development of theory and practice and progress, for non theories of related industries are gradually thorough, at present although the preliminary results of visible, but the systematic and in-depth study of the development of our hope is still insufficient, even in some areas is still a blank area, Linqing tribute brick firing system of data collection techniques there are few people with consolidation, its value has not been thoroughly sorted and summarized also, analysis of the current situation is not in place, there's no convincing conclusions and results of the protection and development. Therefore, the author selects the Linqing tribute brick firing technique as the research object, Combined with the development experience of other non heritage projects in China, theoretical research and in-depth exploration of Linqing Gong brick's future industrialization development are made, and the future development mode of non heritage projects suitable for handicraft industry is summed up, which can provide some useful experience for holistic protection of intangible heritage in the future.
