光伏玻璃制备过程中的表面保护材料研究及应用开发

【摘要】:在对太阳能这种最丰富、最清洁、分布广泛、可再生资源的开发过程中,光伏产业得到了快速的发展。光伏玻璃作为太阳能光伏产业链的重要一环,主要依附于太阳能光伏电池的发展而发展。因此,光伏玻璃在制备、储运、加工过程中的表面保护研究成为玻璃行业的研究重点之一。本文针对太阳能光伏玻璃这一特殊玻璃品种的化学成分和表面形貌特性,在其专用的防护材料设计中提出设计的原则和理念:匹配于光伏玻璃化学成分的防霉设计、匹配于光伏玻璃表面形貌的隔离保护设计。文章分析了太阳能压延玻璃的成分和表面形貌,并在此基础上研究并完成了太阳能压延玻璃专用防霉隔离材料的制备。研究表明,太阳能压延玻璃所使用的隔离材料的最佳粒径范围为100-250μm,设计产品具有与普通玻璃防霉粉相同的防霉性能、又具有很好的隔离效果,同时又具有良好的粉体铺展性。同时文章还分析了TCO镀膜玻璃膜层的相关性质,并在此基础上研究并完成了满足国内先进玻璃镀膜需要的TCO玻璃专用隔离粉制备。研究结果表明,TCO镀膜玻璃的隔离材料最佳粒径分布范围为100-150μm,设计的产品能够保持很好的隔离效果,同时也不会对镀膜面产生划伤,其吸水性与国外进口隔离材料相近,已经达到与国外产品相媲美的效果。
[Abstract]:In the development of solar energy, which is the richest, cleanest, widely distributed and renewable resource, the photovoltaic industry has been developing rapidly. Photovoltaic glass is an important part of the solar photovoltaic industry chain. As a result of the development of solar photovoltaic cells, photovoltaic glass is being prepared, stored and transported. In this paper, the chemical composition and surface morphology of solar photovoltaic glass, a special kind of glass, have become one of the key points in glass industry. In the design of its special protective material, the principle and idea of design are put forward: the anti-mold design which matches the chemical composition of photovoltaic glass, The composition and surface morphology of solar calendered glass are analyzed, and the preparation of special anti-mildew isolation material for solar calendered glass is studied and completed based on the analysis of the composition and surface morphology of solar calender glass. The optimum size range of the isolating material used in solar calendering glass is 100-250 渭 m. The designed product has the same anti-mildew performance as common glass anti-mold powder, and also has good isolation effect. At the same time, it has good powder spreading property. Meanwhile, the related properties of TCO coated glass film are analyzed. On this basis, the preparation of TCO glass special isolation powder for domestic advanced glass coating requirements has been studied and completed. The results show that the optimum particle size distribution range of TCO coated glass is 100-150 渭 m, and the designed product can keep the size of the coating glass in the range of 100-150 渭 m. With a very good isolation effect, At the same time, the coating surface will not be scratched, its water absorption is similar to the imported isolating materials, and has reached the effect of comparable with foreign products.
