铅锌冶炼废水中和渣制备免烧免蒸砖试验研究

【摘要】:以某铅锌冶炼废水中和渣资源化综合利用制备免烧免蒸砖。在原料主要化学成分分析、XRD物相分析及中和渣溶出和干燥凝结性能分析的基础上,设计L16(4)5正交试验,通过极差和方差分析得到不同制砖组分对免烧免蒸砖7d和28d强度的作用规律和制备免烧砖的最佳试验配方,然后在最优配方下研究成型压力和水灰比与免烧免蒸砖性能的关系。研究结果表明,影响免烧免蒸砖7d抗压强度的配比组成用量因素排名为水泥、水渣微粉、混合中和渣、粉煤灰、石屑;影响免烧免蒸砖28d抗压强度的配比组成用量因素排名为混合中和渣、水渣微粉、石屑、粉煤灰、水泥。最佳试验配方为混合中和渣31.43%,水泥14.29%,水渣微粉31.43%,粉煤灰13.33%,石屑9.52%;最佳水灰比为0.14,合适的成型压力为20MPa,最终制备的免烧免蒸砖28d抗压强度为27.7 MPa,吸水率为11.5%,软化系数为0.89,抗冻指标为F25,达到《〈非烧结垃圾尾矿砖〉》(JC422—2007)的标准要求。
[Abstract]:Based on the comprehensive utilization of neutralization and slag from a certain lead-zinc smelting wastewater to prepare non-fired non-steam brick, based on the analysis of the main chemical composition of raw materials, XRD phase analysis, dissolution and drying setting performance of neutralized slag, the orthogonal test of L16C4N5 was designed. By means of range difference and variance analysis, the effects of different brick components on the strength of non-fired non-steamed brick for 7 days and 28 days were obtained, and the optimum experimental formula for preparing unfired brick was obtained. Then the relationship between the molding pressure and the water-cement ratio and the properties of the non-fired non-steam brick was studied under the optimum formula. The results showed that the factors affecting the compressive strength of the non-fired non-steam brick in 7 days were cement, water slag powder, mixed neutralizing slag, and so on. The factors affecting the compressive strength of non-fired non-steam brick for 28 days are mixed neutralizing slag, water slag micro-powder, stone debris, fly ash, etc. Cement. The best test formula is mixed neutralizing slag 31.43um, cement 14.29, water slag micro-powder 31.43um, fly ash 13.33, stone debris 9.52. The optimum water-cement ratio is 0.14, the suitable molding pressure is 20MPa, and the final non-fired non-steam brick has 28d compressive strength of 27.7 MPa and water absorption ratio of 11.5mm. The softening coefficient is 0.89 and the freezing resistance index is F25, which meets the standard requirement of < < unsintered refuse tailings brick > > JC422-2007).
