溶胶-凝胶二氧化硅微球粒径的响应曲面法优化研究

【摘要】：采用响应曲面法优化并建立了溶胶凝胶法合成二氧化硅微球的粒径的模型。研究并探讨了单因素的变化对粒径的影响。以单因素实验筛选出的实验条件为基础,根据响应曲面法设计了实验。通过计算机对数据进行二次回归拟合以及方差分析,删减不显著项并重新拟合,使得模型能够较好的反映实际情况。根据拟合后的模型,分析了交互作用的影响,预测溶胶凝胶法的适用范围及特定粒径的合成条件。与实际对比,发现误差值在100 nm以内,能够为后来的研究者提供较好的参考。
[Abstract]:The particle size model of silica microspheres synthesized by sol-gel method was optimized and established by response surface method. The influence of single factor on particle size was studied and discussed. According to the response surface method, the experiment is designed. Through the quadratic regression fitting and variance analysis of the data by computer, the inconspicuous items are deleted and refitted, so that the model can better reflect the actual situation. The effect of interaction was analyzed, the suitable range of sol-gel method and the synthetic conditions of specific particle size were predicted. Compared with the actual results, the error was found to be within 100 nm, which could provide a good reference for the later researchers.
