基于价值工程法的压力喷雾干燥系统改进研究

【摘要】:摘要:随着经济全球化的格局和科学技术的高速发展,世界各国的企业都面临着从来没有过的发展机遇,也面临前所未有的竞争在市场经济环境下,几乎所有的企业都意识到“为客户创造价值”是在竞争中取得优势的关键,“为客户创造价值”要求企业在生产决策的之前就必须明白顾客的价值需求,然后去生产相应的产品。特别是在国家深化市场改革,释放经济活力的这几年,国内的企业必须充分完善自身的经营和运作体制,提高企业产品价值的管理能力,因此引入价值工程理论,在保障生产产品质量以及服务水平的同时降低成本消耗,优化企业内部管理,增加市场竞争能力,改善传统管理方法的缺陷。 N化工公司压力喷雾干燥系统在生产使用过程中,虽然基本上满足了公司的产能和产品质量需求,但是在成绩的背后发现产品的生产成本很高。这里的生产成本主要包括人力资源成本和设备使用成本。因此公司决定运用价值工程理论对目前的压力喷雾干燥系统进行改进优化,主要的改进目的是减少压力喷雾干燥系统人力资源的成本消耗,提高配备人员的工作价值,改进压力喷雾干燥塔的效能,提高产品的质量。本文通过N化工公司采用价值工程理论对压力喷雾干燥系统的使用现状进行分析,找出系统使用过程中人力资源和设备资源的不足和缺陷,根据价值工程理论组建价值工程工作小组,基于价值工程法设计压力喷雾干燥系统改进方案,然后工作小组对设计方案从技术方面、经济方面、社会方面综合分析评价,确定最优可行性方案。通过价值工程在压力喷雾干燥系统改进中的应用,验证了价值工程的科学性和实用性,无论在技术方面、经济方面还是在社会方面都有显著地效果,价值工程法在压力喷雾干燥系统的人事管理方面、设备管理方面都得到了很好的应用,保障了公司压力喷雾干燥系统改进成功。 本文用实例说明了价值工程同时在人力资源管理和设备资源管理中的应用,在研究过程中以功能分析为思维导向,以群体决策为组织形式,系统的探索功能价值体系,明确价值目标,有效的保障压力喷雾干燥系统改进成功实现,使公司可以从中总结先进的实践经验,让公司进一步理解和应用价值工程理论,为公司其他领域的改进研究提供有力的技术支持,提高公司的市场竞争力。
[Abstract]:Abstract: with the economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology, enterprises all over the world are facing unprecedented opportunities for development and unprecedented competition in the market economy environment. Almost all enterprises realize that "creating value for customers" is the key to gaining an advantage in competition. "creating value for customers" requires that enterprises must understand the value needs of customers before making production decisions. Then to produce corresponding products. Especially in the past few years when the state has deepened market reform and unleashed economic vitality, domestic enterprises must fully improve their own management and operation systems and improve their management ability in the value of their products. Therefore, the theory of value engineering is introduced to reduce the cost consumption, optimize the internal management, increase the market competition ability and improve the defects of the traditional management methods while ensuring the quality of the production products and the level of service. Although the pressure spray drying system of N Chemical Company has basically met the production capacity and product quality requirements of the company in the process of production and use, But it was found that the production cost of the product was very high behind the achievement. The production cost here mainly included the cost of human resources and the cost of using equipment. Therefore, the company decided to apply the theory of value engineering to the present pressure spray drying system. To improve and optimize, The main purpose of the improvement is to reduce the cost of human resources in the pressure-spray drying system, to increase the working value of the personnel, and to improve the efficiency of the pressure-spray drying tower. In order to improve the quality of products, this paper analyzes the present situation of pressure spray drying system by using value engineering theory in N Chemical Company, and finds out the shortage and defect of human resource and equipment resource in the process of using the system. According to the theory of value engineering, a value engineering working group was set up to design the improvement scheme of pressure spray drying system based on value engineering method, and then the working group comprehensively analyzed and evaluated the design scheme from the technical, economic and social aspects. Through the application of value engineering in the improvement of pressure spray drying system, the scientificity and practicability of value engineering are verified. The value engineering method has been applied well in the personnel management of the pressure spray drying system and the equipment management, which ensures the success of the improvement of the pressure spray drying system in the company. In this paper, the application of value engineering in human resource management and equipment resource management is illustrated by examples. In the research process, the function analysis is taken as the thinking orientation, and the group decision is taken as the organizational form, and the system explores the functional value system. Clear value objectives, effective protection of pressure spray drying system improvement and successful implementation, so that the company can sum up advanced practical experience, let the company further understand and apply value engineering theory, Provide strong technical support for improvement research in other areas of the company, improve the market competitiveness of the company.
