HW水泥厂低成本经营战略研究

【摘要】:水泥及其制品是国民经济发展、生产建设和人民生活水平提高不可或缺的基础材料,目前尚无一种材料可以替代其地位。水泥消费量也已经成为衡量一个国家或地区国民经济发展水平和综合经济实力的重要标准之一。我国经济的腾飞使城镇化进程不断加速,水泥工业从生产工艺到生产规模都得到了快速的发展,我国水泥产量近20年来一直稳居世界的第一位。同时,国内水泥行业又存在因长期高速发展造成的产能过剩;因国家稳健的货币政策和房地产调控造成的资金和市场需求压力;因产品的高度同质化和激烈的市场竞争,最终演变为产品价格的竞争等问题。对水泥企业而言,只有适应外部环境变化,着眼于利用自身的资源优势,尤其是寻求有效的手段降低生产成本,才能形成核心竞争力,获得可持续发展的竞争优势。HW水泥厂位于H省,是一家以H省为主要目标市场的中型水泥生产企业,主要产品为水泥和熟料,包括普通硅酸盐水泥和复合硅酸盐水泥。作为一家中型水泥企业,要想在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出,必须要有良好的经营战略,机遇与挑战是并存的。在如此激烈的竞争中,HW水泥如何提升其自身的经营手段,特别是低成本市场竞争战略将让未来企业的发展之路走的更好.因此本文将以HW水泥厂低成本经营战略为研究课题,是具有非常深刻的意义。本论文研究目的是对HW水泥厂经营战略进行课题研究,首先论文从现阶段我国的水泥行业的发展历程和发展现状入手,通过对当前水泥产业发展的宏观环境、产业政策、国内外竞争环境进行总体分析,并对国内外水泥行业的市场演变和中长期发展趋势进行了合理的预测。随后在此研究基础上,论文对HW水泥公司的内部状况进行了详尽的分析,明确了企业在竞争中所具有的优势和劣势,为企业在未来的发展过程中因地制宜、扬长避短地寻找适合自身发展的目标和战略提供了依据。最后,论文提出了HW水泥公司现阶段的经营战略和实施措施,目的是使HW水泥公司在激烈的市场竞争环境中,合理配置内部资源,保持和增强竞争优势,实现企业的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:Cement and its products are indispensable basic materials for the development of national economy, production and construction and the improvement of people's living standard. At present, there is no material to replace them.Cement consumption has also become one of the important standards to measure the level of national economic development and comprehensive economic strength of a country or region.The rapid development of China's economy accelerates the process of urbanization, and the cement industry develops rapidly from production process to production scale. In the past 20 years, China's cement output has been ranked first in the world.At the same time, the domestic cement industry also has overcapacity caused by the long-term rapid development; the pressure of capital and market demand caused by the country's prudent monetary policy and real estate regulation; and the high homogeneity of the products and fierce market competition.The final evolution of the product price competition and other issues.For cement enterprises, only by adapting to the changes of external environment, focusing on their own resource advantages, especially seeking effective means to reduce production costs, can the core competitiveness be formed.The HW cement factory is located in H province. HW cement factory is a medium-sized cement production enterprise with H province as the main target market. The main products are cement and clinker, including ordinary Portland cement and composite Portland cement.As a medium-sized cement enterprise, in order to stand out in the fierce market competition, it is necessary to have a good management strategy, opportunities and challenges coexist.In such a fierce competition, HW cement how to improve its own business means, especially the low cost market competition strategy will make the future development of enterprises to take a better path.Therefore, this paper will take the low-cost operation strategy of HW cement plant as the research subject, which is of great significance.The purpose of this paper is to study the management strategy of HW cement plant. Firstly, the thesis starts with the development history and current situation of cement industry in China, and through the macro environment and industrial policy of the development of cement industry.The competition environment at home and abroad is analyzed, and the market evolution and medium and long term development trend of cement industry at home and abroad are forecasted reasonably.Then on the basis of this research, the paper makes a detailed analysis of the internal situation of HW cement Company, and clarifies the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise in the competition, so that the enterprise can take measures according to the local conditions in the future development process.It provides the basis for seeking suitable goals and strategies for their own development by taking advantage of their strengths and circumventing their weaknesses.Finally, the paper puts forward the management strategy and implementation measures of HW cement Company at the present stage, in order to make HW cement Company reasonably allocate its internal resources and maintain and enhance its competitive advantage in the fierce market competition environment.To realize the sustainable development of enterprises.
