聚丙烯中空纤维膜的超疏水改性

【摘要】:对膜蒸馏用聚丙烯中空纤维膜进行超疏水改性可以提高膜蒸馏产品品质以及增加膜组件的使用寿命.用溶胶-凝胶法将二氧化硅粒子加入到聚丙烯溶液中制成溶胶,以聚丙烯中空纤维膜为基底,用相分离的方法将溶胶涂覆到聚丙烯中空纤维膜的表面,再用具有低表面能的1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷对涂覆后的中空纤维膜进行修饰,并对超疏水聚丙烯中空纤维膜进行膜蒸馏的实验.结果表明:0.3 g的二氧化硅和0.7 g的聚丙烯形成的溶胶制备的超疏水中空纤维膜的接触角为157°,在60℃下的3.5%氯化钠溶液中,通量达到216.96 g/(m~2·h),截留率从91%提高到99%.因此对聚丙烯中空纤维膜的超疏水改性可以明显增加膜蒸馏通量和截留率.
[Abstract]:Superhydrophobic modification of polypropylene hollow fiber membrane for membrane distillation can improve the quality of membrane distillation products and increase the service life of membrane components.The sol was prepared by adding silica particles into polypropylene solution by sol-gel method. The sol was coated on the surface of polypropylene hollow fiber membrane by phase separation method.The coated hollow fiber membrane was modified with 1H ~ (1) H ~ (2) H _ (2) H _ (2) H _ (2) H _ (2) H _ (2) H _ (2) H _ (2) H _ (2) -perfluorooctane triethoxy silane with low surface energy, and the superhydrophobic polypropylene hollow fiber membrane was distilled.The results show that the contact angle of the superhydrophobic hollow fiber membrane is 157 掳. The flux in 3.5% sodium chloride solution at 60 鈩,
