氯碱厂电解装置废水工艺改造及废水回收利用

【摘要】:随着我国社会经济的迅猛发展,氯碱行业之间处于明显的激烈竞争中。由于对环保控制力度的加强,废水排放要求也越来越严格,如何将废水进行合理化利用是目前氯碱化工行业的一项艰巨任务。本论文通过翻阅大量的相关文献资料,并对现场进行详细调查后,明确了电解装置的生产原理和工艺过程,绘制出相应的工艺流程简图,获得装置内部用水和排水水量,对生产系统进行水平衡测算;根据“清污分流、高低分用”和“循环利用、减少排放”的原则对废水进行阶梯利用,提出一项经济有效的废水回用方案,先针对装置内部的实际生产情况,对装置内部可回用废水提出合理的工艺改造;分析氯碱废水和PVC废水的处理技术和中水回用技术,监测废水水质水量和污染物特性,废水经过处理后绝大部分回用于循环水补水,另一部分废水进行处理后完全符合污水排放标准(PH:6-9, SS≤70mg/L,氨氮≤15mg/L, CODcr≤100 mg/L);为加强装置对废水的回收利用,建立一项排污收费及废水综合利用奖励制度。通过实施这项方案,将废水的回收利用工作做到实处,在企业降低生产成本的同时实现经济效益、环保效益、国家效益的最大化,促进企业能够稳定而快速的进行可持续发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy in China, the chlor-alkali industry is in obvious fierce competition.Due to the strengthening of environmental protection control, wastewater discharge requirements are becoming more and more strict. How to rationalize the utilization of waste water is a difficult task in the chlor-alkali chemical industry at present.After reviewing a large number of related documents and investigating the field in detail, this paper clarifies the production principle and technological process of the electrolysis unit, draws out the corresponding process flow diagram, and obtains the internal water and drainage water of the device.To calculate the water balance of the production system, to carry on the step utilization of the wastewater according to the principles of "decontamination, high and low separation" and "recycle utilization, reduce the discharge", and to put forward an economical and effective waste water reuse scheme.In view of the actual production situation of the plant, a reasonable process reform is put forward for the reuse wastewater of the plant, and the treatment technology of chlor-alkali wastewater and PVC wastewater and the reclaimed water reuse technology are analyzed to monitor the water quality, quantity of water and pollutant characteristics of the plant.After treatment, most of the wastewater is reused for rehydration of circulating water.
