大骨料混凝土动态双轴拉压性能试验研究

【摘要】:大坝、港口等水工混凝土结构,体积大,长期处于复杂的荷载作用下,采用大骨料混凝土。目前对于大骨料混凝土的试验研究比较少,并且其中大部分的试验为静态多轴强度试验,不能有效模拟实际的混凝土结构的受力性能。因此,进行大骨料混凝土在地震条件下的双轴拉压试验研究,对水工混凝土结构的非线性分析、抗震设计有必要的理论和实用价值。同时进行湿筛二级配混凝土试验,通过和大骨料混凝土试验对比分析,得到两者之间存在的差异,为以后实际应用中采用湿筛混凝土试验提供依据。本试验为三级配大骨料混凝土动态双轴拉压力学性能试验和湿筛二级配混凝土双轴拉压动态力学性能试验,依托国家自然科学基金“大骨料混凝土多轴动态强度试验和八面体空间动态破坏准则研究”(编号:51079019),利用大型液压伺服静动三轴试验系统而进行。应变率为10-5/s~10-2/s,应力比为-0.05,-0.1,-0.25,-0.5。具体内容和结论如下:(1)进行了混凝土动态单轴拉伸试验,获得混凝土的动态拉伸强度和破坏形态,得到了应变率对混凝土强度的影响规律。(2)进行了三级配大骨料和湿筛二级配混凝土动态双轴拉压试验,研究了不同应变率、应力比下的混凝土强度、破坏形态、应力应变关系。(3)建立了三级配大骨料、湿筛二级配混凝土在主应力空间破坏准则。
[Abstract]:Large aggregate concrete is used in hydraulic concrete structures such as dams and harbors, which are large in volume and under complex loads for a long time.At present, there are few experimental studies on large aggregate concrete, and most of the tests are static multiaxial strength tests, which can not effectively simulate the actual mechanical performance of concrete structures.Therefore, the experimental study of biaxial tension and compression of large aggregate concrete under earthquake conditions is necessary for the nonlinear analysis and seismic design of hydraulic concrete structures.At the same time, through the comparison and analysis between the wet sieve two-stage concrete distribution test and the large aggregate concrete test, the difference between them is obtained, which provides the basis for the practical application of the wet sieve concrete test in the future.This test is about the dynamic biaxial tensile and compression mechanical properties of three-stage concrete with large aggregate and the dynamic mechanical properties of two-stage wet sieve concrete under biaxial tension and compression.Based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China "large aggregate concrete multi-axial dynamic strength test and octahedron spatial dynamic failure criteria" (No.: 51079019), the large hydraulic servo static and dynamic triaxial test system was used.The strain rate is 10 ~ (-5) / s ~ (-2) / s, and the stress ratio is -0.05 ~ (-1) -0.1 ~ (-1) -0.25 ~ (-0.5).The concrete dynamic uniaxial tensile test was carried out, and the dynamic tensile strength and failure form of concrete were obtained.The effect of strain rate on concrete strength is obtained. (2) the dynamic biaxial tensile compression test of three-stage aggregate and wet sieve concrete is carried out, and the strength and failure form of concrete under different strain rate and stress ratio are studied.Stress-strain relation. 3) the failure criterion of three-stage aggregate and wet sieve secondary concrete in principal stress space is established.
