舌形板波纹规整填料萃取塔的操作性能

【摘要】:在内径为100 mm的玻璃萃取塔中,以煤油-苯甲酸-水和30%TBP(煤油)-醋酸-水为体系,系统地研究了SBW舌形板波纹规整填料的流体力学性能和传质性能。结果表明:液泛通量的理论计算式具有较高精度,与实验值符合较好;在实验范围内,该填料具有相当大的液泛通量和较好的传质效率,液泛通量高达90~150 m~3·m~(-2)·h~(-1),理论级当量高度在0.6~1.4 m,可望在炼油化工溶剂脱沥青,润滑油精制,煤化工含酚废水处理等萃取过程领域得到广泛应用。
[Abstract]:In the glass extraction column with 100mm inner diameter, the hydrodynamic properties and mass transfer properties of SBW tongue plate corrugated packing were systematically studied using kerosene benzoic acid-water and 30TBP (kerosene butane-acetic acid-water) as the system.The results show that the theoretical calculation formula of liquid flooding flux has a high accuracy and is in good agreement with the experimental data, and in the experimental range, the filler has a relatively large liquid flooding flux and a better mass transfer efficiency.The flooding flux is as high as 90 ~ 150mg ~ (3) m ~ (-1) H ~ (-1) H ~ (-1), and the theoretical equivalent height is 0.6 ~ (1.4) m, which is expected to be widely used in the extraction processes such as solvent deasphalting, lubricating oil refining and wastewater treatment of phenol in coal chemical industry.
