硫化氢氧化工艺技术研究

【摘要】:目前工业气态污染物中的H2S能引起化工设备的腐蚀以及化工催化剂中毒与失效,导致生产成本增加及产品质量下降。如不经过处理直接排放到大气中,其中有毒有害废气体由于具有特殊的毒害性,对人体健康和生态环境的安全造成严重的威胁。研究开发H2S的高效脱除技术已成为世界各国的关注热点。研究表示不论是从石油化工工艺过程、天然气加工过程、油品出厂质量还是安全环保控制等诸多方面都需要求对原油加工过程中的硫加以处理与脱除。本文分析和研究的LOCAT硫磺回收工艺技术,此工艺技术是一种硫化氢湿式氧化技术。在处理天然气、石油炼制尾气、页岩干馏气及合成气等过程中脱硫效率高达99.99%。它采用美国Merichem公司研发的专利催化剂(铁离子络合物液体催化剂),在常温、低压的环境下吸收自溶剂再生单元、酸性水汽提单元所产生H2S气体在特制反应容器中直接转化为单体硫,再通过真空过滤系统分离出纯净的硫。净化尾气(含有氨气)送至尾气焚烧部分,进入尾气焚烧的净化尾气通过焚烧炉进行燃烧,分解尾气中所含的氨。从焚烧炉出来的高温烟气含有大量热能,通过废热锅炉回收热量后,温度降至350℃经烟囱排往大气。研究得出通过改变试剂添加量比例,提高产品的质量以及H2S吸收率;尾气排放通过对焚烧炉操作优化调节降低SO2、氮氧化物的排放量。从溶解、反应、干燥、包装等多个环节入手研究,结合化验室的分析试验数据,对影响硫化氢氧化吸收、硫磺质量的工艺各个环节部分进行细致的分析和研究,制定了一套可行的整改措施方案,摸索出最佳工艺参数条件。
[Abstract]:At present, H _ 2S in industrial gaseous pollutants can cause corrosion of chemical equipment, poisoning and failure of chemical catalyst, increase production cost and decrease product quality.If it is discharged directly into the atmosphere without treatment, the toxic and harmful waste gas will pose a serious threat to human health and the safety of ecological environment because of its special toxicity.The research and development of high-efficiency H 2 S removal technology has become the focus of attention all over the world.The research indicates that the sulfur should be treated and removed in the crude oil processing process from many aspects, such as petrochemical process, natural gas processing process, oil product quality, safety and environmental protection control and so on.The LOCAT sulfur recovery technology, which is a wet oxidation technology of hydrogen sulfide, is analyzed and studied in this paper.The desulfurization efficiency of natural gas, petroleum tail gas, shale retort gas and syngas is as high as 99.99%.It uses a patent catalyst (iron ion complex liquid catalyst) developed by Merichem Company in the United States, which absorbs self-solvent regeneration unit at room temperature and low pressure.The H _ 2S gas produced by the acid water vapor bill of lading element was directly converted into monomer sulfur in the special reaction vessel and the pure sulfur was separated by vacuum filtration system.The purified tail gas (containing ammonia) is sent to the tail gas incineration part. The purified tail gas entering the tail gas incineration is burned through the incinerator to decompose the ammonia contained in the tail gas.The high temperature flue gas from the incinerator contains a lot of heat energy. After the heat is recovered from the waste heat boiler, the temperature drops to 350 鈩,
