掺和料与阻锈剂对混凝土中钢筋锈蚀的影响研究

【摘要】:处于海洋和腐蚀环境中的建筑物,会受到环境中Cl-的侵蚀,使建筑物中钢筋过早遭受锈蚀,发生破坏。影响钢筋锈蚀速率的因素众多,主要包括混凝土水胶比、掺和料用量、阻锈剂用量、钢筋保护层厚度以及建筑物所处环境。本文针对以上几种影响因素,设计了相关试验,通过在Na Cl溶液中干湿循环来加速Cl-在混凝土中的扩散,测定在循环不同周期混凝土内不同深度的氯离子含量来反映Cl-在混凝土内部的传输过程,通过测试循环过程中的钢筋腐蚀电流密度,来反映钢筋锈蚀情况。试验选用了0.35、0.4、0.45、0.5四个水胶比的试件,发现水胶比超过0.45混凝土氯离子扩散系数大幅增加。选用掺20%粉煤灰、掺40%粉煤灰、掺20%矿粉、掺40%矿粉、混掺粉煤灰和矿粉40%(1:1)五种类型的掺和料试件,发现掺加了掺和料的试件抗氯离子渗透能力排序为:粉煤灰20%混掺40%矿粉40%粉煤灰40%矿粉20%不掺,但掺加掺和料对混凝土强度有很大的影响。同时在混凝土养护初期,龄期对混凝土的氯离子扩散系数影响极大。试验还研究了Si Ka Ferro Gard-901和YJ-504型阻锈剂对混凝土中钢筋的阻锈效果和阻锈机理。选用15mm、25mm、35mm、45mm4种不同厚度的保护层,来研究各种因素对混凝土中钢筋锈蚀的影响情况。研究发现,Si Ka Ferro Gard-901和YJ-504型两种阻锈剂对混凝土中钢筋产生防护作用机理不同,前者主要通过在钢筋表面生成一层保护膜来阻止钢筋的锈蚀,而不会对混凝土性能产生影响;后者不仅通过产生的保护膜来防止钢筋锈蚀,还很好的改善了混凝土结构的性能。研究还发现,水胶比0.4掺1%该阻锈剂的试件氯离子扩散系数约等于水胶比0.35的基准混凝土试件。保护层厚度对混凝土中钢筋锈蚀情况影响显著,通过增大保护层厚度是在海洋环境下防止钢筋锈蚀的最佳方法。
[Abstract]:The buildings in the marine and corrosive environment will be eroded by the Cl- in the environment, so that the steel bars in the building are corroded and destroyed too early. There are many factors affecting the corrosion rate of steel bars, mainly including the concrete water to rubber ratio, the amount of admixture, the dosage of rust inhibitor, the thickness of the reinforcement protection layer and the environment of the building. Several influencing factors are designed. The diffusion of Cl- in concrete is accelerated through the dry and wet cycle in Na Cl solution. The content of chlorine ion in different depths of different cycles of concrete is measured to reflect the transmission process of Cl- in the concrete. By testing the corrosion current density of steel bars in the cycle process, the steel bar is reflected. The test of four water to rubber ratio of 0.35,0.4,0.45,0.5 was selected. It was found that the diffusion coefficient of water glue was more than 0.45 concrete, and the addition of 20% fly ash, 40% fly ash, 20% mineral powder, 40% mineral powder, mixed fly ash and mineral powder 40% (1:1) five types of admixture were found. The sorting of resistance to chloride ion is: fly ash 20% mixed with 40% mineral powder 40% fly ash and 40% mineral powder 20%, but adding admixture has a great influence on the strength of concrete. At the same time, the effect of age on the chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete is great. The experiment also studied the mixture of Si Ka Ferro Gard-901 and YJ-504 type rust inhibitor. Select the protective layers of 15mm, 25mm, 35mm and 45mm4 with different thickness to study the effect of various factors on the corrosion of reinforced concrete in concrete. A layer of protection film is generated to prevent the corrosion of the steel bar, but it will not affect the performance of the concrete. The latter not only prevents the corrosion of the steel from the corrosion of the steel, but also improves the performance of the concrete structure. It is also found that the chloride diffusion coefficient of the test piece of the water glue is approximately equal to 0.35 of the water glue ratio 0.4. The thickness of the protective layer has a significant influence on the corrosion of the reinforced concrete in the concrete. By increasing the thickness of the protective layer, it is the best way to prevent the corrosion of the steel bar in the marine environment.
