铝锡复合材料水解制氢性能研究

【摘要】:研究了铝锡复合材料与纯水反应过程中的产氢特性。所提及的铝锡复合材料全部采用机械球磨的方法制备而成。不同成分复合材料的相组成和表面形貌分别用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)进行表征。研究结果表明,增加金属Sn的含量、提高起始反应温度、添加助磨剂NaCl和添加低熔点金属(Bi、In等),可以提高铝锡复合材料的活性,增加产氢量以及产氢速率。通过调整添加剂种类和添加量得到成分比例(质量分数)为Al-6%Sn-2%Bi-2%In的合金在25℃的水浴中水解30min的产氢量为785.6mL/g,最大产氢速率可以达到175mL/(min·g)。
[Abstract]:The hydrogen production characteristics of Al-tin composites during reaction with pure water were studied. The aluminum-tin composites mentioned above were all prepared by mechanical ball milling. The phase composition and surface morphology of the composites were characterized by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the activity, hydrogen production and hydrogen production rate of Al-Sn composites can be improved by increasing the content of Sn, increasing the initial reaction temperature, adding grinding aids NaCl and adding low melting point metal Bi-In.
