脱脂清洗工艺对MSA电镀锡性能影响的研究

【摘要】:冷轧带钢在生产加工过程中,表面会附有各种污物,因镀层的质量与前处理工序有关,所以为了保证镀层的质量,必须将冷轧带钢表面的污物去除,即进行脱脂处理。本文主要通过人工油污实验和点滴实验确定脱脂剂A的最佳脱脂工艺,如温度、电流密度、极板方式等,另外,通过扫描电镜、粗糙度仪和电化学测试等方法研究不同基板表面状态,采用点滴实验、盐雾实验和电化学测试等方法确定脱脂剂中平整液的最大含量,并通过赫尔槽实验和电化学测试实验等研究脱脂工艺和脱脂剂的残留对镀锡层质量的影响。实验结果表明,当温度为60℃、电流密度为15 A/dm2、工件作阴极时,脱脂剂A的脱脂效果最好,试样表面活性最高,且电镀后镀层均匀性和耐蚀性较高;DR材表面粗糙度较小,表面活性高,且板材耐蚀性较高,电镀后镀层更均匀致密,且耐蚀性较高;盐雾实验和电化学测试结果表明脱脂剂中平整液的最大含量为5%,当平整液的含量在5%以下时,不影响脱脂效果,即对试样的表面活性不造成影响;当平整液的含量大于5%时,影响脱脂剂的脱脂效果,即降低试样的表面活性,同时影响镀层质量,容易造成漏镀现象,镀层疏松,晶粒粗大,且镀层的耐蚀性较差。本文还研究了脱脂剂的残留对基板和镀锡层质量的影响。结果表明,脱脂剂残留越少,基板表面活性越高,镀层结合力越好,耐蚀性越强。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the quality of the coating, it is necessary to remove the dirt on the surface of cold-rolled strip, that is, degreasing, because the quality of the coating is related to the pre-treatment process in the process of production and processing of cold-rolled strip. In this paper, the optimum degreasing process of degreasing agent A is determined by artificial oil pollution test and drip test, such as temperature, current density, electrode plate method, etc. In addition, the optimum degreasing process is determined by scanning electron microscope. The surface states of different substrates were studied by means of roughness meter and electrochemical test. The maximum content of leveling liquid in degreasing agent was determined by dripping test, salt spray test and electrochemical test.
