钢渣粉磨制备方式对RO相气力选别性的影响

【摘要】:针对3种粉磨设备所制备的5种钢渣粉,从粉体粒度分布均匀性和RO相的粒级分布差异性角度,探索了适合RO相气力分选的钢渣粉磨方式.结果表明:5种钢渣粉粒度分布均符合RRB(Rosin-Rammler-Bennett)方程和分形维数方程;均匀性系数n和分形维数D显示钢渣粉粒度越粗均匀性越好,RO相的密度分离效应就越高;粉磨设备制备钢渣粉均匀性次序为立磨辊压机球磨;当钢渣粉在-55μm粒级时,5种钢渣粉中RO相含量随粒度增大而提高,表现出RO相的粒度分离效应,当钢渣粉在+55μm粒级时,RO相含量较低且随粒度增大而降低,大部分RO相与脉石以矿物集合体形式存在;挤压法破碎对RO相选择性解离作用比冲击法强,钢渣粉粗粒级中RO相含量高;根据钢渣粉筛分分选效果,粉磨方式优选次序为辊压机立磨球磨.工业化RO相气力分选作业中并存有密度分离效应和粒度分离效应,且前者作用更大.
[Abstract]:According to five kinds of steel slag powder prepared by three kinds of grinding equipment, from the point of view of the uniformity of particle size distribution and the difference of the size distribution of RO phase, the grinding method suitable for the pneumatic separation of RO phase was explored. The results show that the particle size distribution of 5 kinds of steel slag powder accords with RRBB Rosin-Rammler-Bennett-Bennett-equation and fractal dimension equation, and the uniformity coefficient n and fractal dimension D show that the coarser uniformity of steel slag powder is, the higher the density separation effect of RO phase is. The homogeneity of steel slag powder prepared by grinding equipment is in the order of vertical mill roller press ball milling, when the steel slag powder is in the grade of -55 渭 m, the content of RO phase in 5 kinds of steel slag powder increases with the increase of grain size, which shows the effect of the separation of RO phase. When steel slag powder is at 55 渭 m, the content of RO phase is lower and decreases with the increase of grain size, most of RO phase and gangue exist in the form of mineral aggregates, the selective dissociation of RO phase by extrusion crushing is stronger than that by impact method. The content of RO phase in coarse grain grade of steel slag powder is high, and according to the screening and sorting effect of steel slag powder, the optimal selection order of grinding method is roller press vertical milling ball mill. The density separation effect and particle size separation effect exist in the industrial RO phase separation operation, and the former has a greater effect.
