臭氧的固载机理及医用价值研究

【摘要】:臭氧是一种具有强氧化性的气体,可以杀灭多种病菌,被广泛应用在净水处理、食物保鲜等方面。近年来,臭氧作为一种新型的医疗手段逐渐被大众所接受,这方面的研究也取得了令人鼓舞的成果。臭氧医疗具有治疗范围广、见效快、无副作用等特点,还不会产生耐药性。但因为臭氧通常是在气体状态,而且臭氧本身以及水溶液极其不稳定,因此难以长时间储存,这也是制约其应用的一大因素。本文提出让“臭氧固载”的设想,即:选择合适的臭氧载体和制备反应条件,使得臭氧和载体之间的结合强度适当,这样来固载臭氧,控制臭氧化合物中臭氧的释放速度。同时结合Criegee所提出的臭氧与烯烃反应的三步机理,通过基于密度泛函理论的第一原理计算法理论计算臭氧和乙烯、丁二烯、丙烯酸及噻吩及其臭氧化物的静电荷、共价键和最低空轨道(LUMO)和最高占据轨道(HOMO)电子布居及能级。通过所得的数据和比较发现:类如乙烯的不饱和烯烃与臭氧发生反应满足Criegee三步机理;所生成的臭氧化物:臭氧丙烯酸的稳定性比臭氧乙烯、臭氧丁二烯强,臭氧噻吩的稳定性比臭氧乙烯强,并且具有满足让“臭氧固载”这一设想成立的趋势。继续演算其他直链不饱和烯烃和噻吩类衍生物,理论上能够得到满足设想的理想的臭氧载体。为了验证了“臭氧固载”这一设想的可行性,通过实验,将理想的载体和臭氧反应生成的臭氧化物通过大豆油(或改性大豆油)融合,对其含氧量进行测定,实验结果表明:其含氧量达到了预期的浓度,而且在常温下具有两年有效期。这种臭氧化物油剂的出现将弥补臭氧不稳定性的缺点,拓宽臭氧医疗的新思路,使臭氧医疗更加简便、经济,值得广泛推广。另外,为了验证这类药品的安全性和有效性,对本类药品做了医学检验和治疗对比实验,实验结果表明:本类药品完全符合医学要求,安全有效。本类药品能够完全替代抗生素类药品,对痤疮;手、足、体癣;阴道炎等细菌或真菌引起的皮肤病或炎症有很好的治疗作用。由于我国上述患者众多,因此经过规范化推广后,本类药品的未来的市场前景预期将非常好。
[Abstract]:Ozone, a kind of strong oxidizing gas, can kill many kinds of bacteria and is widely used in water purification and food preservation. In recent years, ozone has been gradually accepted by the public as a new medical means. This research has also achieved encouraging results. Ozone medical treatment has a wide range of treatment, quick effect, no side effect. However, because ozone is usually in the gas state, and because the ozone itself and the water solution are extremely unstable, it is difficult to store it for a long time. This is also a major factor restricting its application. This article proposes the idea of "ozone immobilization", that is, to select the appropriate ozone carrier and prepare the reaction conditions. The bonding strength between the ozone and the carrier is appropriate, so that ozone is immobilized and the release rate of ozone in the ozone compound is controlled. At the same time, combined with the three step mechanism of ozone and olefin reaction proposed by Criegee, ozone and ethylene, butadiene, acrylic acid and thiophene are calculated by the first principle calculation method based on density functional theory. The static charge of ozo, covalent and lowest space orbit (LUMO) and the highest occupying orbit (HOMO) electron distribution and energy level. Through the obtained data and comparison, it is found that the reaction of the unsaturated olefins like ethylene and ozone satisfies the three step mechanism of the Criegee; the ozonate of the ozonaa is more stable than ozonoethylene and ozonine. Diene is stronger and the stability of ozone thiophene is stronger than that of ozone, and it has a tendency to satisfy the assumption that "ozone is immobilized". To continue to calculate other straight chain unsaturated olefins and thiophene derivatives, the ideal ozone carrier can be obtained in theory. In order to verify the feasibility of the idea of "ozone immobilization", Through the experiment, the oxygen content of the ozonation, which is produced by the ideal carrier and the ozone reaction, is determined by the fusion of soybean oil (or modified soybean oil). The experimental results show that the oxygen content of the ozonation can reach the expected concentration and has two years of validity at the normal temperature. The appearance of this ozooate oil will make up for the lack of ozone instability. In addition, in order to verify the safety and effectiveness of this kind of medicine, the medicine test and treatment contrast experiment on this kind of medicine have been done. The results show that this kind of medicine is completely in conformity with the medical requirements and is safe and effective. This kind of medicine can be completely replaced. Antibiotic drugs have a good therapeutic effect on acne, hands, feet, tinea corporis, and other bacterial or fungal skin diseases or inflammation caused by vaginitis. Because of the number of these patients in China, the future market prospects of this kind of drugs are expected to be very good.
