稀土—银型抗菌白炭黑的制备及应用研究

【摘要】:抗菌材料作为一种新型功能材料,能够有效地抑制周围环境中的细菌、病菌等对人体有害的微生物。因无机抗菌材料抗菌效果显著,用途广泛,环境友好等优点成为了人们研究的重点。本论文采用溶胶凝胶法,选用水玻璃、小苏打为原料,银离子为抗菌离子,稀土离子为添加剂,并通过控制二次粒子生成,制备颗粒均匀,比表面积大的新型稀土-银型抗菌白炭黑。论文通过实验找出最佳的制备条件。实验采用FTIR, XRD, SEM, EDS等对抗菌材料进行表征。同时选用自制的银钬抗菌白炭黑为抗菌剂,903硅橡胶为原料,制备出抗菌硅橡胶。结果表明,银钬抗菌白炭黑最佳的制备条件为:银离子浓度0.09 mol·L-1,钬离子浓度0.003mol·L-1,反应时间2.5 h时。XRD图谱显示抗菌剂为无定形态,SEM和EDS图谱显示抗菌剂中含有银离子和稀土离子。FTIR图谱显示添加银离子及稀土离子后,抗菌剂的结构改变较小,稀土-银型抗菌白炭黑具备抗菌性的同时依然可以应用于白炭黑适用的领域。抗菌橡胶的力学性能及抗菌性能检测结果表明,当添加银钬抗菌白炭黑的量为硅橡胶质量的0.5%时,为其最佳添加量,橡胶的力学性能符合行业标准且抗菌率超过99%。
[Abstract]:As a new functional material, antimicrobial materials can effectively inhibit bacteria, bacteria and other harmful microorganisms in the surrounding environment. Inorganic antimicrobial materials have become the focus of research because of their remarkable antibacterial effect, wide application and environmental friendliness. In this paper, the method of sol-gel was used, sodium silicate, baking soda as raw material, silver ion as antibacterial ion, rare earth ion as additive, and the particles were uniform by controlling the formation of secondary particles. A new type of rare earth-silver type antibacterial silica with large specific surface area. The best preparation conditions are found through experiments. The antibacterial materials were characterized by FTIR, XRD, SEM, EDS. At the same time, antibacterial silicone rubber was prepared by using silver holmium antibacterial silica as raw material. The results show that The optimum preparation conditions for silver holmium silica were as follows: silver ion concentration 0.09 mol L -1, holmium ion concentration 0.003mol L -1, reaction time 2.5 h. The results showed that the antimicrobial agents were amorphous and EDS spectra showed that silver ions and rare earth ions existed in the antimicrobial agents. FTIR spectra show that after the addition of silver ions and rare earth ions, The structure of antimicrobial agent is small and the rare earth-silver type antibacterial silica can still be used in the field of silica even though it has antimicrobial properties. The test results of the mechanical properties and antibacterial properties of antibacterial rubber show that when the amount of silver holmium antibacterial silica is 0.5 of the quality of silicone rubber, the optimum addition amount is the mechanical properties of the rubber are in line with the industry standard and the antibacterial rate is more than 9999.
