烟气调质过程中天然碱的碳酸化特性

【摘要】:在常压固定床反应实验台上,研究了烟气调质天然碱过程中天然碱的碳酸化特性,考察反应前后天然碱表面形态的变化以及反应温度、CO_2和水分体积分数对天然碱碳酸化反应的影响,并借助失活模型对天然碱的碳酸化过程进行了反应动力学模拟.结果表明:碳酸化反应后天然碱表面形态发生明显变化,反应后天然碱结构疏松,内部孔隙增多;反应温度的降低提高了天然碱碳酸化的反应速率常数,使得天然碱的碳酸化反应加快,反应温度分别为50℃、60℃和70℃时,天然碱的转化率分别为50%、31%,和24%;随着水分体积分数的增加天然碱的转化率迅速增加,当水分体积分数为4%时,天然碱的最高转化率仅为10%,而当水分体积分数为20%时,最高转化率可达52%;CO_2体积分数的增加也显著提高了反应速率常数,促进碳酸化反应的进行;失活模型均能较好地模拟天然碱的碳酸化过程,其相关系数均大于95%.
[Abstract]:The carbonation characteristics of natural alkaloids in the process of flue gas tempering and tempering were studied on a fixed bed reactor. The changes of surface morphology of natural alkali before and after the reaction and the effects of reaction temperature and water volume fraction on the carbonation of natural alkali were investigated. The kinetics of carbonation of natural base was simulated by deactivation model. The results showed that the surface morphology of natural alkali changed obviously after carbonation, the structure of natural alkali was loose, the internal porosity increased, and the rate constant of carbonation increased with the decrease of reaction temperature. The carbonation reaction of the natural base was accelerated, and the conversion rate of the natural base was 50 ~ 31C and 24% respectively at the reaction temperature of 50 鈩,
