微细钢纤维高强混凝土弯曲韧性试验研究

【摘要】:混凝土中掺加微细钢纤维不易结团,在掺量较大时分布均匀性良好,能更好地发挥钢纤维增强、增韧和阻裂作用。采用掺加微细钢纤维和高温蒸汽养护配制高强混凝土,通过弯曲韧性试验,计算弯曲韧性指数,研究纤维掺量、水胶比和养护龄期等因素对韧性的影响。结果表明:钢纤维体积率是影响弯曲韧性的主要因素,强度和弯曲韧性都随着体积率增加而增大;适当减小水胶比,可以提高混凝土的弯曲强度和韧性;蒸汽养护能提高钢纤维混凝土的早期韧性和强度,恒温90℃蒸汽养护48h然后转标准养护,3d等效弯曲强度达到28d等效弯曲强度的85.4%~90%。
[Abstract]:It is difficult to agglomerate with the addition of fine steel fiber in concrete, and the distribution uniformity is good when the content of steel fiber is high, which can play a better role in reinforcing, toughening and cracking resistance of steel fiber. High strength concrete was prepared by adding fine steel fiber and high temperature steam curing. The flexural toughness index was calculated by flexural toughness test, and the effects of fiber content, water / binder ratio and curing age on toughness were studied.
