路面砖泛碱抑制研究

【摘要】:探讨了路面砖发生泛碱的机理,利用X射线衍射仪分析了泛碱物质成分,提出了一种新的测试泛碱的方法,并研究了硅烷基粉末SHP-50和粉煤灰对路面砖泛碱的影响规律。试验结果表明,泛碱产物的成分主要为碳酸氢钠和无水芒硝;此新型测试泛碱方法能更好的检验路面砖的抗泛碱能力;随着SHP-50含量的增加,路面砖的泛碱程度越来越轻直至无可见泛碱;随着粉煤灰掺量的提高,路面砖的泛碱程度有所减轻。
[Abstract]:The mechanism of common alkali in road brick was discussed. The composition of pan base material was analyzed by X ray diffractometer. A new method for the test of Pan alkali was put forward, and the influence rule of silicon alkyl powder SHP-50 and fly ash on the alkali of road brick was studied. The experimental results showed that the main composition of the alkali product was sodium bicarbonate and anhydrous mirabilite. The alkali resistance of pavement bricks can be tested better by using the test method. With the increase of SHP-50 content, the degree of alkali generalization of the pavement brick is becoming lighter and less until it is visible. With the increase of the fly ash content, the degree of alkali generalization of the pavement brick is reduced.
