析因设计研究聚乙烯醇对聚偏氟乙烯多孔膜表面涂层改性

【摘要】:采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)稀水溶液对聚偏氟乙烯多孔膜涂层改性,涂层通过固-气界面反应在多孔膜上固定化.通过析因设计探讨了改性条件(包括PVA分子量、PVA浓度、涂层时间及交联时间)对膜的纯水通量和截留率的影响,遴选出能够使涂层阻力较小的改性条件,改性后膜表面亲水性和平整性均有所提高.
[Abstract]:Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVA) porous membrane coating was modified by dilute aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA). The coating was immobilized on the porous membrane by solid-gas interface reaction. The effects of modification conditions (including the concentration of PVA molecular weight, coating time and crosslinking time) on the pure water flux and retention rate of the membrane were investigated by factorial design, and the modification conditions which could reduce the resistance of the coating were selected. The surface hydrophilicity and smoothness of the modified membrane were improved.
