硫铝酸钙的合成及其氧化铝浸出机理(英文)

【摘要】:使用分析纯CaCO_3、Al_2O_3和CaSO_4·2H_2O在1375°C保温2h合成纯硫铝酸钙(简写为C_4A_3S),通过XRD、SEM、TEM对其晶体结构进行表征。在Na_2CO_3溶液体系下研究其氧化铝浸出性能,并通过XRD、Raman等分析手段对其浸出机理进行分析。结果表明:在该条件下合成的C_4A_3S具有疏松孔洞状微观形貌,并存在沿着不同方向生长的多晶与单晶共存结构;在最佳浸出条件下,浸出率高达98.41%,优于同条件下12CaO·7Al_2O_3的浸出率;浸出后Al和S元素分别以Al(OH)_4~-与SO_4~(2-)的形式存在于浸出液中,Ca以CaCO_3的形式存在于浸出渣中。
[Abstract]:The pure calcium sulphoaluminate (C4A3S) was synthesized at 1375 掳C for 2 hours by using analytical Caco _ 3AL _ 2O _ 3 and CaSO_4 2H_2O. The crystal structure was characterized by XRD-SEMTEM. The leaching properties of alumina were studied in Na_2CO_3 solution system, and the leaching mechanism was analyzed by means of XRDA Raman analysis. The results show that the C_4A_3S synthesized under this condition has the porous pore morphology and the coexistence structure of polycrystalline and single crystal grown in different directions, and the leaching rate is 98.41% under the optimum leaching conditions, which is better than that of 12CaO 7Al_2O_3 under the same conditions. After leaching, Al and S elements exist in the form of CaCO_3 in leaching solution, respectively, in the form of Alo _ HH _ 4 and so _ 4 ~ + _ (2) in the leachate.
