正六边形钢管约束混凝土靶抗侵彻性能的数值模拟

【摘要】:正六边形钢管约束混凝土靶具有优良的抗侵彻性能。基于12.7 mm穿甲弹侵彻试验,运用ANASYS/LS-DYNA软件,分析了正六边形钢管约束混凝土靶的钢管壁厚和边长对抗侵彻性能的影响;考虑效费比,分析了钢管约束混凝土靶的经济性能。结果表明:适当增加钢管壁厚和减小边长可提高正六边形钢管约束混凝土靶的抗侵彻性能;优化钢管壁厚和边长的匹配可以得到较好的抗侵彻能力和经济性,对于该文所用弹丸,较优匹配为边长37.5 mm、壁厚3.5 mm。研究结果可为钢管约束混凝土遮弹结构设计提供参考。
[Abstract]:The positive hexagonal steel tube confined concrete target has excellent penetration resistance. Based on the penetration test of 12.7 mm armor piercing projectile, the influence of the wall thickness and the length of the steel tube confined to the hexagon steel tube confined concrete target is analyzed by ANASYS/LS-DYNA software, and the economic performance of the steel tube confined concrete target is analyzed with the consideration of the effect. It is shown that the proper increase in the thickness of the steel tube and the reduction of the length of the side can improve the penetration resistance of the hexagonal steel tube confined concrete target; the optimization of the matching of the wall thickness and the length of the steel tube can get better anti penetration ability and economy. For the projectile used in this paper, the better match is 37.5 mm of the border length and the result of 3.5 mm. wall thickness can be used as the restrained coagulation of the steel tube. The structure design of earth shading provides reference.
