椰油酸改性制备疏水型碳酸钡的研究

【摘要】:以椰油酸钠为改性剂,对碳酸钡进行原位改性研究,并确定最佳改性温度。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及X射线衍射(XRD)对改性前后碳酸钡样品的结构、物相及形貌进行表征,采用光学接触角测定仪对改性前后碳酸钡的水接触角进行表征。结果表明:椰油酸钠用量为碳酸钡质量的0.75%、改性温度为30℃时制备的碳酸钡样品活化度达99.40%,水接触角为141.2°;经椰油酸钠改性后,碳酸钡颗粒表面形成一层有机修饰层,改性后的碳酸钡表面性质由亲水变为疏水。
[Abstract]:The in situ modification of barium carbonate with sodium coconut oil as modifier was studied and the optimum modification temperature was determined. The structure, phase and morphology of barium carbonate were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The water contact angle of barium carbonate before and after modification was characterized by optical contact angle tester. The results show that the amount of sodium coconut oil is 0.75 of the mass of barium carbonate, the activation degree of the barium carbonate sample prepared at 30 鈩,
