再生废砖骨料的吸水返水特性研究

【摘要】:采用U型管微压测定装置,结合毛细管负压测试,研究了不同预湿程度的再生废砖骨料在不同水灰比净浆中的吸水返水特性。研究结果表明,再生骨料接触水泥浆体后开始吸水,随着水泥水化反应的进行,水分不断消耗,浆体毛细管不断细化,孔内负压增大,骨料开始返水,当毛细管负压达到峰值后,骨料返水速度变慢,直至达到新的平衡时返水结束;再生骨料的吸水返水特性和骨料预湿程度及浆体水灰比相关,骨料在预湿状态及水灰比低的条件下,吸水能力较弱,返水能力较强。
[Abstract]:Using the U tube micro pressure measuring device and the capillary negative pressure test, the water absorption characteristics of the recycled waste brick aggregate in different water cement ratio are studied. The results show that the recycled aggregate is exposed to the cement paste and begins to absorb water. With the hydration of cement, the water is constantly consumed and the capillary capillary is continuously finer. When the negative pressure in the hole increases, the aggregate begins to return to water, and when the capillary negative pressure reaches its peak, the return of the aggregate to the water will slow until the new balance is reached, and the water return characteristic of the recycled aggregate is related to the prewetting degree of the aggregate and the water cement ratio of the slurry. Under the condition of the prewetting state and the low water cement ratio, the ability of water absorption is weak and the water return energy is weak. Strong force.
