再生废砖骨料的吸水返水特性研究

【摘要】:采用U型管微压测定装置,结合毛细管负压测试,研究了不同预湿程度的再生废砖骨料在不同水灰比净浆中的吸水返水特性。研究结果表明,再生骨料接触水泥浆体后开始吸水,随着水泥水化反应的进行,水分不断消耗,浆体毛细管不断细化,孔内负压增大,骨料开始返水,当毛细管负压达到峰值后,骨料返水速度变慢,直至达到新的平衡时返水结束;再生骨料的吸水返水特性和骨料预湿程度及浆体水灰比相关,骨料在预湿状态及水灰比低的条件下,吸水能力较弱,返水能力较强。
[Abstract]:The water absorption and return characteristics of recycled brick aggregate with different prewetting degree in different water / cement ratio were studied by using U type tube micro pressure measuring device and capillary negative pressure test. The results show that the recycled aggregate begins to absorb water after contact with the cement paste. With the hydration reaction of cement, the water is consumed continuously, the slurry capillary is continuously refined, the negative pressure in the pore increases, and the aggregate begins to return water. When the capillary negative pressure reaches the peak value, the rate of water return becomes slower until the new equilibrium is reached, and the water absorption and water return characteristics of the recycled aggregate are related to the prewetting degree of the aggregate and the water-cement ratio of the slurry. Under the condition of prewet state and low water-cement ratio, the absorbability of aggregate is weak and the ability of water recovery is stronger.
