某化工厂电气优化设计

【摘要】:由于化工厂具有易燃易爆、危险性大、安全等级高、工艺要求供电可靠等特点,在该类工厂的电气化设计中,既要满足一般要求,又要结合特殊性,做出适当调整,精细设计,优化设计。厂房的电气设计内容主要包括:供配电系统,照明系统,工艺设备动力配电及控制系统,火灾报警系统,防雷接地系统等。本论文将从供电可靠及电气节能两方面采用更为合理的优化方案。供电可靠是设计者的首先目标,供配电系统设计,需要负荷等级划分,明确出那些是一级负荷,二级负荷,三级负荷,并对相应的负荷做出不同的供电形式,采用不同的电源供电。随着科技水平的不断发展,电气成套设备的技术含量和制造工艺水平也与日俱增,人们对供电可靠的要求越来越高,大多数企业在面对安全与成本方面时,更倾向于安全可靠,化工企业更是对安全尤为重视,不仅要求对工艺连续运转设备供电可靠,更是对消防设备的电源采用更高的要求,本文从实际工作中常见的电气施工图着手,列举出几个常见设计方案,分析了某化工厂原有配电系统的优缺点,针对原有系统的缺点,进行了负荷分组,提出了优化设计方案。电气节能降耗,提高离心机设备使用率方面,采用了变频器共直流母线及回馈单元并联方案,通过对比变频器共直流母线并联前后离心机故障次数,可知该方案降低了故障次数,企业的生产效率得到了提高;通过回馈单元并联前后电能测试的比较,变频器在离心机刹车的时间内,降低了谐波污染,电压电流波形变好,提高了电能质量。
[Abstract]:Because chemical plants have the characteristics of flammable and explosive, high risk, high safety grade, reliable power supply and so on, in the electrification design of this kind of plants, we should not only meet the general requirements, but also combine the particularity, make appropriate adjustment and fine design. optimal design The electrical design contents include power supply and distribution system, lighting system, power distribution and control system of process equipment, fire alarm system, lightning protection grounding system and so on. This thesis will adopt more reasonable optimization scheme from two aspects of power supply reliability and electric energy saving. Reliability of power supply is the first objective of designers. The design of power supply and distribution system needs to be divided into load levels, which are defined as primary load, second load, third class load, and different forms of power supply are made for the corresponding load. Use different power supply. With the continuous development of science and technology, the technical content and manufacturing technology level of electrical complete sets of equipment are also increasing day by day. The demand for reliability of power supply is higher and higher. Most enterprises tend to be more safe and reliable in the face of safety and cost. Chemical enterprises pay more attention to safety, not only require reliable power supply to continuous operation equipment, but also adopt higher requirements for power supply of fire fighting equipment. This paper enumerates several common design schemes, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the original distribution system in a chemical plant, carries out load grouping according to the shortcomings of the original system, and puts forward an optimized design scheme. In the aspect of electric energy saving and decreasing consumption, improving the utilization rate of centrifuge equipment, the parallel scheme of inverter common DC bus and feedback unit is adopted, and the number of faults of centrifuge before and after parallel connection of inverter common DC bus is compared. It can be seen that this scheme reduces the number of failures and improves the production efficiency of the enterprise. Through the comparison of the electric energy test before and after parallel connection of the feedback units, the inverter reduces the harmonic pollution and improves the voltage and current waveform during the braking time of the centrifuge. Improved power quality.
