镀镍废水Fenton氧化-铁氧体法处理研究
[Abstract]:In this paper, the nickel plating wastewater containing organic complex was used as the research object, the organic compound was decomposed by Fenton oxidation method, and the organic complex was broken down to release heavy metal ions. Then the ferrite process was used to further treat the wastewater. The results show that Fenton oxidation method can break down the nickel plating wastewater containing organic complex and reduce the organic matter in the wastewater. At the initial pH of 4g / L, [Fe ~ (2)] / [H _ 2O _ 2] (mass ratio) 0.4and reaction time of 60 min, the removal rate of COD is 75.15g / L, and the removal rate of Ni2 is 86.60g / L, which is not up to the discharge standard of electroplating wastewater. The ferrite coprecipitation conditions are as follows: precipitation (Fe ~ (11) / Fe / me) = 10, aeration contact time is 60 min, the removal rate of Ni ~ (2) is 99.64 mg / L, and the concentration is 0.43 mg / L, which is up to the "discharge Standard of Electroplating pollutants" (GB21900-2008). The precipitation analysis confirmed the existence of nife _ 2O _ 4 in the precipitate treated by ferrite method. Three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy (EEM) analysis showed that the protein and microbial products were oxidized by Fenton and then degraded into small molecules.
