固体润滑材料高纯二硫化钼生产工艺改进

【摘要】:通过对原有生产工艺进行改进,加入除铁专用的助溶剂,变原有多段除铁为一段除铁,使生产过程周期由原工艺的24 h缩短为15 h,生产效率提高50%,酸性废水减少60%。加入除铁专用的助溶剂,使铁的去除率由原工艺的78.0%提高到93.3%。通过生产连续运行考察,在最佳操作条件下,产品中铁质量分数降低到0.08%,收率由原工艺的88%提高到93%,经济效益显著。
[Abstract]:By improving the original production process and adding the special auxiliary solvent for iron removal, the original multi-stage iron removal was changed into one stage iron removal, the production cycle was shortened from 24 h to 15 h, the production efficiency was increased by 50%, and the acid wastewater was reduced by 60%. The removal rate of iron was increased from 78.0% to 93.3%. Through continuous operation investigation, under the optimum operating conditions, the mass fraction of iron in the product was reduced to 0.08, the yield was increased from 88% of the original process to 933%, and the economic benefit was remarkable.
