装配式钢结构住宅中陶粒混凝土预制墙板研发

【摘要】:研发了一种以页岩陶粒和粉煤灰陶粒为混凝土材料并与钢结构住宅配套的装配式内外墙板,通过3种不同的加载装置,对5组试验墙板的结构性能进行了试验研究,其中包含经过改进后的最佳配合比试验墙板,均表现出了良好的力学性能;并通过对该新型装配式墙板的板型设计、理论计算、试验方法,得出了带肋墙板在钢结构住宅体系外挂墙板中有3.0、4.5、6.0、7.5 m 4种跨度;结合钢结构住宅墙板的工程实际要求,墙板的表观密度得到很大的改善,使墙板安装施工过程更加方便快捷。试验成果为墙板的进一步研究奠定了基础,并有利于该墙板的推广应用。
[Abstract]:A kind of assembled internal and external wall panel with shale ceramsite and fly ash ceramsite and steel structure housing is developed. Through 3 different loading devices, the structure and performance of the 5 groups of test wall panels are tested and studied, including the improved optimum mix ratio test wall, which shows good mechanical properties. According to the design, theoretical calculation and test method of the new type of assembled wallboard, 4 kinds of 3.0,4.5,6.0,7.5 m spans have been obtained in the outer wall panel of the steel structure housing system, and the apparent density of the wall plate is greatly improved and the wall plate installation construction process is even more. It is convenient and quick. The experimental results laid the foundation for further research of the wallboard and is conducive to the popularization and application of the wallboard.
