补偿收缩纤维混凝土强度及变形性能研究

【摘要】:研究了粉煤灰、膨胀剂及聚丙烯纤维掺量对补偿收缩纤维混凝土抗压强度、抗裂性能及变形性能的影响。结果表明:适当的粉煤灰掺量不仅有利于提高混凝土的后期强度,同时可以显著提高混凝土的限制膨胀率;随着膨胀剂掺量的增加,混凝土的强度略有降低,限制膨胀率增幅较大;掺加适量的聚丙烯纤维有利于改善混凝土的抗裂性能,显著降低混凝土转空干后的收缩变形,聚丙烯纤维的较优掺量为0.8 kg/m~3。
[Abstract]:The effects of the content of fly ash, expansion agent and polypropylene fiber on the compressive strength, crack resistance and deformation property of compensating shrinkage fiber reinforced concrete were studied. The results show that the proper amount of fly ash can not only improve the later strength of concrete, but also significantly increase the limited expansion ratio of concrete, and the strength of concrete decreases slightly with the increase of the content of expansive agent. The addition of proper amount of polypropylene fiber can improve the crack resistance of concrete and reduce the shrinkage and deformation of concrete, and the optimum content of polypropylene fiber is 0. 8 kg/m~3..
