锡酸钠工业生产结晶工艺的研究

【摘要】:在锡酸钠结晶过程中加入超细晶种诱导可以生产出大颗粒晶状产品,外观得到了改善,保质期延长。最佳晶种制备工艺:真空度为-0.09 MPa,浓缩波美度为1.15°Be′搅拌速度为90 r/min,结晶时间1 h,结晶温度为130℃。最佳结晶工艺:在1.10~1.1°Be′溶液波美度下加入晶种,真空度为-0.08 MPa,晶种加入速度为14 g/s,搅拌速度为50 r/min,结晶时间6 h,结晶温度为80℃。此条件下得到的产品晶体均匀,光泽度好,粒度在220-250μm,保质期由192 d延长至250 d。
