自密实超高韧性水泥基材料性能试验研究

【摘要】:研究了具有自密实特性的超高韧性水泥基材料(UHTCC),在实验室制作四组UHTCC试件,并对其工作性能和弯拉性能展开试验研究。对比分析了纤维、粉煤灰掺量(体积)和水胶比对UHTCC坍落扩展度的影响;分析探讨了3种纤维1%,2%,3%共3个体积掺量的对UHTCC在拉伸荷载及弯曲作用下力学性能的影响,得到UHTCC试件应力应变关系、极限应变、延性系数、裂缝宽度、裂缝条数等特性。
[Abstract]:Four groups of UHTCC specimens made by (UHTCC), a self-compacting cement-based material, were studied in the laboratory, and their working and flexural properties were investigated. The effects of fiber, fly ash content (volume) and water / binder ratio on the collapse expansion of UHTCC were compared and analyzed, and the effects of 3 volume ratios of 3 kinds of fibers, 1 / 2% and 3%, on the mechanical properties of UHTCC under tensile and bending loads were discussed. The stress-strain relationship, ultimate strain, ductility coefficient, crack width and crack number of UHTCC specimens are obtained.
