炭素生产中新型自激式沥青烟气净化器的应用

【摘要】：针对炭素生产中吸附法净化沥青烟气的现状,对比分析了过滤吸附和吸附床吸附的缺点,介绍了自激式沥青烟气净化器工作原理,分析了净化过程和应用数据。结果表明,自激式沥青烟气净化器的结构设计有利于沥青烟气的吸附和净化,净化器的性能稳定,总净化效率在95%以上,解决了吸附法净化沥青烟气的缺陷问题。
[Abstract]:In view of the present situation of adsorption method for purifying asphalt flue gas in carbon production, the shortcomings of filtration adsorption and adsorption bed adsorption are compared and analyzed. The working principle of self-excited asphalt flue gas purifier is introduced, and the purification process and application data are analyzed. The results show that the structure design of the self-excited asphalt flue gas purifier is beneficial to the adsorption and purification of asphalt smoke. The performance of the purifier is stable and the total purification efficiency is more than 95%.
