用后脱硫搅拌器耐火浇注料的再生利用研究

【摘要】:本文以用后KR法铁水预处理脱硫搅拌器浇注料为原料,采用破碎、碾压、筛分及酸溶液浸泡等方式,重点研究了再生处理工艺。利用XRD、SEM及化学分析等方法对原料与再生料的矿物组成、微观结构及化学成分进行了对比。并对以再生料为主要原料制备的再生中间包永久衬与再生搅拌器进行了研究,取得了较好的实验效果。论文分别对碾压时间、酸溶液浸泡时间对再生料质量的影响;再生料加入量及粒度加入形式对试样性能的影响进行了研究。实验结果表明:(1)破碎后的物料质量较差,颗粒料的体积密度仅在2.45~2.62g/cm3之间,假颗粒质量大于50%;碾压处理后,颗粒料中假颗粒含量大幅度降低;碾压时间25~40min为佳,颗粒体积密度可达2.70~2.80g/cm3,假颗粒含量降到10~15%;碾压后99%的钢纤维脱离。(2)通过盐酸溶液浸泡更有效地降低再生颗粒料中假颗粒含量,提高再生颗粒料的质量;浸泡时间越长,盐酸浓度越高,除杂效果越好;浸泡60h后假颗粒含量可降至2.0~2.5%之间。(3)以再生料3~1mm、1~0mm及细粉为原料,制备中间包永久衬试样。经110℃×24h干燥后:体积密度、气孔率及常温强度均优于对比样;当分别加入3~1mm、1~0mm及细粉的再生料时,制备三组试样。经110℃×24h干燥后:体积密度、气孔率及常温强度与对比样接近;(4)经1350℃×3h烧后,全部用再生料制备的试样各项性能最好。因此再生料能够应用于中间包永久衬。(5)以再生料8~5mm、5~3mm、3~1mm为原料制备的再生搅拌器试样:随着加入量的增加试样的高温抗折强度呈先增大后减小的趋势:当加入量为45%时强度最大为1.59MPa,而加入量为55%时强度最小为0.69MPa。再生料取得了较好的实验效果,因此8~5mm、5~3mm、3~1mm的再生料可以作为再生搅拌器的原料。
[Abstract]:In this paper, using the castable of desulphurization agitator pretreated with KR method as raw material, crushing, rolling, sieving and soaking in acid solution were adopted, and the regenerative treatment process was emphatically studied. The mineral composition, microstructure and chemical composition of raw materials and regenerated materials were compared by XRD,SEM and chemical analysis. The permanent lining and regenerative agitator of regenerated tundish made from recycled material were studied and good experimental results were obtained. The effects of rolling time and soaking time of acid solution on the quality of regenerated materials and the effects of addition amount and particle size of recycled materials on the properties of the samples were studied in this paper. The results show that: (1) the mass of the broken material is poor, the bulk density of the particle is only between 2.45~2.62g/cm3 and the mass of the false particle is larger than 50, the content of the false particle in the pellet decreases significantly after rolling treatment. The compaction time 25~40min is the best, the volume density of particles can reach 2.70 ~ 2.80 g / cm ~ 3, and the content of false particles decreases to 10 ~ 15%. After rolling, 99% steel fiber was separated. (2) the content of false particles in regenerated pellets was reduced more effectively by immersion in hydrochloric acid solution, and the quality of regenerated particles was improved, the longer the soaking time was, the higher the concentration of hydrochloric acid was, the better the effect of removing impurities was. After immersion for 60 h, the content of false particles can be reduced to between 2.0% and 2.5%.
