响应曲面法优化辉钼矿微波焙烧工艺的研究

【摘要】:研究辉钼矿微波焙烧工艺,通过单因素实验确定主要影响因素和水平后,利用响应曲面法考察焙烧时间、物料质量、焙烧温度对焙烧效果的影响,建立了用于可溶钼(MoO_3)比例及S含量预测的多元回归模型,优化了工艺条件。结果表明,焙烧温度、焙烧时间和物料质量均对焙烧效果影响较大,按影响程度大小排序为:焙烧温度焙烧时间物料质量。优化的工艺条件为:焙烧时间56.95min,物料质量8.33g,焙烧温度649.55℃;此条件下采用微波焙烧后钼焙砂中可溶钼(MoO_3)比例和S含量分别为94.3%和0.054%,而采用传统电阻炉加热焙烧后钼焙砂中可溶钼(MoO_3)比例和S含量分别为85.5%和0.471%,表明微波焙烧大大提升了辉钼矿的氧化效果。
[Abstract]:The microwave roasting process of molybdenum was studied. After determining the main factors and levels by single factor experiment, the effects of roasting time, material quality and calcination temperature on the roasting effect were investigated by response surface method. A multivariate regression model for the prediction of soluble molybdenum (MoO_3) ratio and S content was established and the process conditions were optimized. The results show that roasting temperature, calcination time and material quality have great influence on the roasting effect. The order of influence is: roasting temperature roasting time material quality.
