低温烧结制备氧化铝陶瓷膜支撑体

【摘要】:采用平均粒径为10.16μm的α-Al_2O_3粉体为原材料,利用注浆成型技术制备陶瓷膜支撑体。设置正交实验,研究成孔剂、粘结剂、烧结助剂(硅酸钠+TiO_2+CaCO_3+MgO)含量及保温时间对支撑各性能的影响;在正交实验结论基础上,通过改变烧结温度,于低温条件下制备出性能良好的陶瓷膜支撑体。实验表明:硅酸钠用量、成孔剂用量、粘结剂用量和保温时间最佳组合分别为4%、6%、0.6%和2 h。在1400~1450℃温度区间内制得的支撑体各性能指标均相对较优,适宜作为陶瓷膜载体使用。
[Abstract]:Using 伪-Al_2O_3 powder with average particle size of 10.16 渭 m as raw material, ceramic membrane support was prepared by grouting molding technology. The effects of the content of pore-forming agent, binder, sintering additive (sodium silicate TiO_2 CaCO_3 MgO) and holding time on the supporting properties were studied by orthogonal experiment. Based on the conclusion of orthogonal experiment, the ceramic membrane support with good performance was prepared at low temperature by changing the sintering temperature. The results showed that the optimum combination of sodium silicate, pore forming agent, binder and holding time were 4%, 6%, 0.6% and 2 h, respectively.
