掺稀土氟碲酸盐玻璃2-3μm发光性能研究

【摘要】:由于2μm~3μm波段激光在军事国防、环境监测、医学治疗等领域有巨大的应用前景,国内外科研机构都已开展相应研究。现已商用的ZBLAN光纤在2μm~3μm波段有良好的激光输出。但是氟化物自身存在着物化性能差、制备条件苛刻等问题。氟碲酸盐玻璃是在氟化物玻璃基础上添加适量Te02得到的。这类玻璃是一种结合了氟化物玻璃良好的光学特性和碲酸盐玻璃良好的物化特性,并且成玻璃范围大,成分可调,从而有望获得性能良好的2μm~3μm激光输出的材料。本论文研究内容主要为:1.不同Te02含量对氟碲酸盐玻璃物化性能、结构特性和透过光谱性能的影响。2.研究了不同Te02含量对掺Er3+氟碲酸盐玻璃物化性能、结构特性和光谱性能的影响,获得了具有良好2μm~3μm荧光特性的玻璃基质。3.研究了Er3+掺杂荧光光谱特性和Er3+/Er3+能量传递机理。研究了Ho3+/Yb3+和Ho3+/Tm3+共掺氟碲酸盐玻璃的光谱性能,并获得了具有良好的2μm~3μm荧光特性。
[Abstract]:Since 2 渭 m ~ 3 渭 m-band laser has great application prospects in military defense, environmental monitoring, medical treatment and other fields, research institutions at home and abroad have carried out corresponding research. The commercial ZBLAN fiber has good laser output in 2 渭 m ~ 3 渭 m band. However, fluoride itself has some problems such as poor physical and chemical properties, harsh preparation conditions and so on. Fluoride tellurite glass is obtained by adding appropriate amount of Te02 to fluoride glass. This kind of glass is a kind of material which combines good optical properties of fluoride glass and good physical and chemical properties of tellurite glass, and has a wide glass-forming range and adjustable composition, so it is expected to obtain a good laser output material of 2 渭 m ~ 3 渭 m. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: 1. Effects of different Te02 contents on physical and chemical properties, structural properties and transmittance spectra of fluorotellurite glasses. The effects of different Te02 contents on the physical and chemical properties, structural properties and spectral properties of Er3 doped fluorotellurite glasses were studied. The glass substrates with good fluorescence characteristics of 2 渭 m ~ 3 渭 m were obtained. 3. The glass substrates with good fluorescence characteristics of 2 渭 m ~ 3 渭 m were obtained. The fluorescence spectra of Er3 doping and the energy transfer mechanism of Er3 / Er3 were studied. The spectroscopic properties of Ho3 / Yb3 and Ho3 / Tm3 co-doped fluorotellurate glasses were studied, and good fluorescence characteristics of 2 渭 m ~ 3 渭 m were obtained.
