苯酐聚酯型水性聚氨酯渗透汽化膜制备及性能

【摘要】:以聚邻苯二甲酸-1,6-己二醇酯二醇(PH-56)为软段,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)和乙二胺(EDA)为硬段,合成了系列软段中含有苯环结构的苯酐聚酯型水性聚氨酯(WPU)膜.并采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)等对膜进行了表征.对于苯/环己烷混合液(质量比50/50,50℃),测定膜的吸附分离性能和渗透汽化分离性能,并与软段不含苯环的聚己二酸-1,6-己二醇酯二醇(PHA-2000)的脂肪族聚酯型水性聚氨酯膜进行了比较.结果表明,含有苯环结构的PH-56为软段的膜比PHA-2000为软段的膜热稳定性和分离性能更好;软段为PH-56的膜在环己烷中几乎不溶胀,且当膜结构中软段质量分数从55.0%增加到73.6%时,渗透汽化分离因子从6.90缓慢减小为4.91,而通量从6.91kg·μm/(m~2·h)明显增加到23.8kg·μm/(m~2·h).
