轻-粗混合骨料混凝土的基本力学性能试验研究

【摘要】:目的以硼泥陶粒等体积替换石子为粗骨料,研究陶粒的不同体积掺量对混凝土的基本力学性能及变形性能的影响规律.方法通过5组试验研究了陶粒体积掺量分别为0、25%、50%、75%和100%时,对混凝土28d的强度和应力-应变曲线的上升段的影响规律.结果随着陶粒体积掺量的增大,混凝土的立方体抗压强度、轴心抗拉强度和劈裂抗拉强度均呈减小的趋势,且当陶粒体积掺量超过50%时,混凝土强度大幅降低;混凝土的应力-应变曲线上升段的斜率和峰值应力随着陶粒体积掺量的增大而逐渐减小,但峰值应变增大.结论随着陶粒体积掺量的增大,混凝土的强度和弹性模量逐渐降低;提出了不同陶粒体积掺量的混凝土的本构方程建议.
[Abstract]:Aim to study the influence of different volume of clay on the basic mechanical properties and deformation properties of concrete by replacing stone with boron clay as coarse aggregate. Methods the effects of ceramsite volume content of 0, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% on the strength and the rising section of stress-strain curve of concrete for 28 days were studied by five groups of experiments. Results with the increase of ceramsite volume content, the cube compressive strength, axial tensile strength and split tensile strength of concrete decreased, and when the ceramsite volume content exceeded 50%, the concrete strength decreased greatly. The slope and peak stress of the rising section of the stress-strain curve of concrete decrease gradually with the increase of the volume of ceramsite, but the peak strain increases. Conclusion the strength and elastic modulus of concrete decrease with the increase of volume content of ceramsite, and the constitutive equation of concrete with different volume content of ceramsite is proposed.
