高温后再生混凝土多轴受压性能试验研究

【摘要】:随着中国综合国力的不断攀升,在现代化进程中不可避免的产生大量建筑垃圾。再生骨料混凝土(Recycled Aggregate Concrete)简称再生混凝土(Recycled Concrete),是一种将建筑垃圾变废为宝的技术,发展再生混凝土技术能有效解决发展与环保之间的矛盾,具有良好的环保效益、社会效益、经济效益。火灾是发生频率最高、对公众安全和社会发展最具威胁的主要灾害之一,在高温条件对混凝土结构的变形性能、应力分布和承载力有很大影响。因此,对多轴受压应力状态下高温后再生混凝土的受力性能,本文开展了以下研究:(1)对三种取代率(0%、50%、100%)的再生混凝土试块,经高温处理(200℃、400℃)后,进行了双轴受压试验研究,得出了不同应力比条件下的双轴压强度、变形规律以及应力—应变曲线的变化规律,建立相应的破坏准则,并考虑不同温度、不同取代率对上述性能的影响规律。研究表明:高温后双轴压强度和峰值应变较常温下单轴压强度和峰值应变有一定提高,同一取代率条件下,随着温度的提高,双轴压强度降低,峰值应变增大;同一温度条件下,随着取代率的提高,双轴压强度降低,峰值应变增大。(2)对三种取代率(0%、50%、100%)的再生混凝土试块,经高温处理(200℃、400℃)后,进行了真三轴受压试验研究,得出了不同应力比条件下的三轴压强度、变形规律以及应力—应变曲线的变化规律,建立相应的破坏准则,并考虑不同温度、不同取代率对上述性能的影响规律。研究表明:高温后真三轴压强度和峰值应变较常温下单轴压强度和峰值应变有较大幅度提高,同一取代率条件下,随着温度的提高,真三轴压强度降低,峰值应变增大;同一温度条件下,随着取代率的提高,真三轴轴压强度降低,峰值应变增大。
