湿法腈纶聚合废水处理中试研究

【摘要】:采用气能絮凝(GEF)+电化学多元催化氧化(MCO)+缺氧/好氧-膜生物反应器(A/O-MBR)组合工艺对湿法腈纶聚合废水进行处理中试。结果表明,GEF对聚合废水的SS和COD去除率分别达90%、22%,MCO可将聚合废水COD进一步降低至300~450 mg/L,且能将废水B/C提高至0.28~0.44。腈纶聚合废水经组合工艺处理后可达到《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31571—2015)的要求。
[Abstract]:Pilot scale test was carried out on the treatment of polyacrylic fiber polymerization wastewater by combined process of energy flocculation (GEF), electrochemical multicomponent catalytic oxidation (MCO), anoxic / aerobic membrane bioreactor (A/O-MBR). The results showed that the SS and COD removal rates of GEF for polymerization wastewater were 90% and 22% respectively. MCO could further reduce the COD of polymerization wastewater to 300~450 mg/L, and increase the B/C of wastewater to 0.28~0.44. The acrylic polymerization wastewater can meet the requirements of the emission standard of the petroleum chemical industry (GB 31571 - 2015) after the combined process of the wastewater treatment.
