【摘要】:污水处理厂是污水排放后,达到环境保护要求的重要保障。如何使电气专业在污水处理厂中更科学、更高效、更安全、发挥更大的作用,是国家保证污水处理行业电气专业需要研究的重要课题。同时,在城镇化发展的今天,污水处理厂已经越来越多的在大中小城市中建设,越来越多的污水处理厂发挥着处理污水的作用,对生活污水及工业污水的处理达到了很好的效果,通过处理的污水排入河流后,没有对环境造成影响,对我们的生活环境起到了很好的保护作用,也积极响应节能减排的政策方针。污水处理厂中的电气专业起到了举足轻重的地位,保证了污水处理厂的安全运行,实现了现代化的控制,保证了相关数据的精准测量。污水处理厂施工中电气专业需要编制施工工期、施工组织方案、施工安装工艺等施工必须编制的相关内容。只有这样,才有利于提高污水处理厂的安全运行及长期运行。降低人力和物力等基本成本,才能用最合理的方式让污水处理厂长期的运行。首先,绪论里先介绍课题背景、污水处理厂的重要性、施工需要注意的方面以及课题选择的资料介绍。通过简单介绍电气设计在污水处理厂的重要性和污水厂电气施工的相关方面以及选择具体案例,简单介绍了一下案例的相关资料背景。其次,通过具体项目的介绍,展开对于项目的电气设计方面的相关内容,如规范参照、供电情况、线缆选择等。并且根据水厂规模提供水厂供电计算书及相关的电气、自控、仪表的设备材料清单,通过计算书及设备材料清单,对污水厂内相关的设计内容有了更深一步的了解。再次,介绍施工方面的电气安装的相关内容,施工组织设计、编制施工工期、施工方案等内容以及列举相关施工安装步骤,阐明污水处理厂电气安装的相关问题。最后,通过从设计及施工两方面的分析和描述对污水处理厂电气工程方面进行相关的总结。
