【摘要】:污水生物处理中,对胞外多聚物(extracellular polymeric substances,EPS)进行成分分析是理解污泥稳定性、絮凝性以及相关生物代谢机制的重要基础。通过对比研究传统的序批式反应器(sequencing batch reactor,SBR)中悬浮活性污泥和序批式移动床生物膜反应器(sequencing batch moving bed biofilm reactor,SBMBBR)中生物膜特性以及2种反应器在低温运行中3种形态污泥EPS成分,探讨了EPS成分对低温(6℃和10℃)条件下,2种反应器的适应性及污染物去除效果的影响。结果表明:在低温条件下,胞外蛋白质(protein,PN)为各种形态污泥EPS中的主要成分,紧密附着型EPS(tightly-bound EPS,TB-EPS)占EPS总量的比例最高;有机负荷和水温度等工艺条件的变化对EPS中PN和胞外多糖(polysaccharides,PS)的单位体积质量比PN/PS影响较大;悬浮活性污泥EPS中PN/PS比生物膜的低;10℃时反应器低负荷运行时污泥的EPS含量大于高负荷运行时的,而6℃时各种形态污泥中EPS含量随负荷的升高呈现出上升的趋势。
[Abstract]:In the biological treatment of sewage, the composition analysis of extracellular polymeric substrates is to understand the stability of sludge. The flocculability and the important basis of the related biological metabolic mechanism. The traditional sequencing batch reactor was studied by comparison. The suspended activated sludge and sequencing batch moving bed biofilm reactor (MBR) were sequenced with batch moving bed biofilm reactor.
