电絮凝过程去除水中染料铬黑T的研究

【摘要】:采用铝电极电絮凝技术对水中染料铬黑T(EBT)进行处理,研究了间歇和连续不同的操作方式下电絮凝过程分离效率的差异.结果表明:当电流密度和停留时间相同时,在停留时间较短的情况下,间歇电絮凝过程产生铝氢氧化物絮体的不均匀性,导致絮体的吸附量低于连续电絮凝过程,从而使连续电絮凝的处理效率优于间歇过程;而在停留时间较长时,连续电絮凝过程的返混较强,导致了连续过程的处理效率低于间歇过程.此外,针对连续电絮凝过程,考察了停留时间、电流密度和初始pH值对EBT溶液脱色率和COD去除率的影响.结果发现:经连续电絮凝处理后,染料溶液的脱色率高于COD的去除率;同时当溶液初始pH值为6时,EBT溶液的脱色率和COD的去除率最高.
[Abstract]:The dye chrome black TEBT in water was treated with aluminum electrode electroflocculation technique. The difference of separation efficiency between batch and continuous operation modes was studied. The results showed that when the current density and residence time were the same, the residence time was short. The non-uniformity of aluminum hydroxide flocs is produced in the intermittent electrocoagulation process, which leads to the lower adsorption capacity of the flocs than the continuous electroflocculation process, which makes the treatment efficiency of continuous electrocoagulation better than that of the batch process. However, when the residence time is longer, the backmixing of the continuous electrocoagulation process is stronger, which leads to the treatment efficiency of the continuous process is lower than that of the batch process. In addition, the residence time is investigated for the continuous electroflocculation process. Effects of current density and initial pH value on decolorization rate and COD removal rate of EBT solution. The results showed that the decolorization efficiency of dye solution was higher than that of COD after continuous electrocoagulation treatment. At the same time, when the initial pH value of the solution is 6:00, the decolorization rate and the COD removal rate of the solution are the highest.
