【摘要】:近几十年来,在世界范围内兴起了一种新型洁净燃烧技术,该技术对燃料种类的要求较为宽泛,有较好的稳燃性能,灰渣利用较普通燃烧方式更容易,且大气污染物排放浓度较低。近些年,在能源节约和环境友好政策环境下,循环流化床机组以其显著的经济效益和环境效益得到了广泛的推广。循环流化床炉内脱硫系统作为循环流化床机组的重要组成部分,具有设备投资少、运行成本低、占地面积小、脱硫效率高等突出优点,但其对象具有纯时滞、大迟延、参数时变等特性,传统控制算法无法兼顾脱硫效率与脱硫过程的经济性。为此,本文从循环流化床锅炉脱硫原理、脱硫效率的影响因素及脱硫过程对象的特性出发,应用先进控制算法,对炉内脱硫系统进行控制系统设计。内模控制对具有纯时滞、大迟延、参数时变特性的被控对象有较好的控制效果,炉内脱硫系统即为该种对象,为此以内模控制为基础,综合考虑内模控制算法的特点,设计了三种炉内脱硫控制系统,分别为:炉内脱硫内模控制系统,炉内脱硫变滤波器参数内模控制系统、炉内脱硫模糊内模控制系统。应用设计的控制系统对炉内脱硫辨识对象进行控制仿真,并与传统PID控制算法进行了控制系统的响应速度、超调量、调节时间、鲁棒性等控制效果的比较,仿真结果表明了所设计的控制系统在改善系统控制品质方面的优越性。
[Abstract]:In recent decades, a new clean combustion technology has emerged in the world, which requires a wide range of fuel types, has better combustion stability, and the use of ash is easier than the ordinary combustion mode. In recent years, in the environment of energy conservation and environmental friendly policy. Circulating fluidized bed unit has been widely popularized for its remarkable economic and environmental benefits. As an important part of circulating fluidized bed unit, circulating fluidized bed furnace desulphurization system has less equipment investment. The operation cost is low, the area is small, the desulfurization efficiency is high and so on, but its object has the characteristics of pure time delay, large delay, time-varying parameters and so on. The traditional control algorithm can not take into account the efficiency of desulfurization and the economy of desulfurization process. Therefore, this paper starts from the principle of desulphurization of circulating fluidized bed boiler, the influencing factors of desulphurization efficiency and the characteristics of the object of desulfurization process. The advanced control algorithm is used to design the control system of desulphurization system in furnace. The internal model control has good control effect for the controlled object with pure time delay, large delay and time-varying parameters. The desulphurization system in furnace is this kind of object. Based on the internal model control and considering the characteristics of the internal model control algorithm, three kinds of internal desulfurization control system are designed, namely: the internal model control system of the furnace desulfurization. The parameter internal model control system of desulphurization filter in furnace and the fuzzy internal model control system of desulphurization in furnace are used to control and emulate the identified object of desulfurization in furnace by using the designed control system. And compared with the traditional PID control algorithm, the response speed, overshoot, adjustment time, robustness and other control effects are compared. The simulation results show the superiority of the designed control system in improving the control quality of the system.
