【摘要】:随着我国工业化发展进程的加快,无组织粉尘排放现象日益突出,严重危害了自然环境和人类生活。中国快速发展中城市的迅速扩张,工业化程度不断提高,在诸多因素交互作用下粉尘污染问题日益突出,已成为中国多数城市的首要空气污染物。近年来全国出现雾霾天气的城市数量和天数也在大幅上升,空中常现多云、多雾、浑浊,给正常的生产、生活活动带来不便。 环境科学与流行病学等学科都已证明粉尘对经济、社会发展有极大危害,严重影响人们的工作生活质量。目前的粉尘污染现状使空气环境不能满足社会经济可持续发展的要求。目前,我国工业无组织粉尘排放源主要来源于水泥和钢铁等行业。 本文在研究国内外水泥行业发展及污染治理的基础上,以大连某一日产5000吨熟料水泥有限公司为研究对象,开展了水泥行业粉尘无组织排放核算方法研究,主要内容包括 (1)在总结分析我国水泥行业发展现状的基础上,阐述了无组织排放量核算方法的相关研究概况。 (2)结合大连市水泥行业无组织粉尘排放量的核算现状,对各类计算方法进行了评述分析。 (3)以新型干法生产水泥企业为例,运用不同方法计算企业无组织粉尘的排放量,并利用现场监测结果对计算结果进行对比分析。 (4)根据对比分析结果,提出加权计算水泥企业无组织粉尘排放量计算方法。 本论文的研究结果将为今后水泥行业无组织排放核算方法提供参考,为环境保护部门依法行政提供技术支持。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industrialization in China, the phenomenon of unorganized dust emission has become increasingly prominent, seriously endangering the natural environment and human life. The rapid expansion of China's rapidly developing cities, the degree of industrialization continues to improve. Under the interaction of many factors, dust pollution has become the leading air pollutant in most cities in China. In recent years, the number and days of haze weather in cities have also increased significantly. The sky is often cloudy, fog, turbidity, to normal production, life activities bring inconvenience. Environmental science and epidemiology have proved that dust has great harm to economic and social development. Seriously affect the quality of people's work and life. The present dust pollution situation makes the air environment can not meet the requirements of social and economic sustainable development. Industrial unorganized dust emission in China mainly comes from cement and iron and steel industries. On the basis of studying the development and pollution control of cement industry at home and abroad, this paper takes a certain clinker cement co., Ltd. With daily output of 5000 tons in Dalian as the research object. The methods of dust non-organized emission accounting in cement industry are studied. The main contents are as follows: 1) on the basis of summing up and analyzing the present situation of cement industry development in China, this paper expounds the research situation of unorganized emission accounting method. Combined with the current situation of calculation of unorganized dust emissions in Dalian cement industry, various calculation methods are reviewed and analyzed. Taking a new dry process cement production enterprise as an example, different methods are used to calculate the emission of unorganized dust, and the results of field monitoring are compared and analyzed. 4) according to the results of comparative analysis, a weighted calculation method of unorganized dust emission in cement enterprises is put forward. The results of this paper will provide a reference for the unorganized emission accounting method of cement industry in the future, and provide technical support for the environmental protection department to administer according to law.
