【摘要】:为研究湿法氧化脱除烟气中NO的效果,采用实验测试和理论计算相结合的方法,选取了H_2O_2、NaClO_2和KMnO_43种氧化剂,在鼓泡反应装置中,测试氧化剂的氧化温度和浓度对脱硝效果的影响,确定了最优脱硝条件,在最优条件下分别进行了并联及串联的脱硝实验。结果表明,在30℃,1 000 m L浓度为0.045%的NaClO_2与40℃,500 m L浓度为0.2%的KMnO_4串联脱硝效率最高,达95%以上。而采用KMnO_4并联脱硝效率为83%,明显低于串联效果。得出结论:处理相同量的氮氧化物,串联比并联的脱硝效率高得多。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of wet oxidation to remove no from flue gas, the H _ 2O _ 2 / NaClO _ 2 and KMnO_43 oxidants were selected by combining experimental test and theoretical calculation. The effect of oxidation temperature and concentration of oxidant on denitrification effect was tested in the bubbling reactor. The optimal denitrification conditions were determined and the experiments of denitrification in parallel and in series were carried out under the optimal conditions. The results showed that the effect of oxidation temperature and concentration of oxidant on denitrification effect was studied. The highest denitrification efficiency was achieved at 30 鈩,
