辉发城造纸厂污水处理系统升级改造研究

【摘要】:造纸工业是一个投资大、能耗高并且对环境会造成严重污染的产业。与发达国家造纸行业相比,我国造纸工业存在水资源消耗量大、利用率不高的问题,对环境、资源造成了巨大的破坏。造纸工业必须采取措施更好的利用日益紧缺的水资源,降低工业污水的排放对水体的污染。 2008年6月国家环境保护部发布了《纸浆造纸工业污染物排放标准》(GB3544-2008),代替《造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB3544-2001),新标准要求现有纸浆造纸企业执行更为严格的排放标准。为了进一步减少环境污染、实现企业的可持续目标,造纸业污水处理系统面临着迫在眉睫的升级改造的问题。 本论文通过对国内外造纸工业污水处理工艺的比较,,结合辉南县辉发城造纸厂的的实际情况,设计了辉发城造纸厂升级改造的工艺流程,并对此工艺进行了环境影响评价和投资估算分析。 本文的主要内容包括: (1)通过查阅相关文献资料,比较了国内外造纸工业对水资源的污染情况,从造纸工业污水的来源、危害分析了造纸废水污染的特点。 (2)对吉林省辉南县辉发城造纸厂的基本情况做了概述,并分析了该造纸厂污水处理的现状,在查阅大量相关文献资料的基础上,结合国内外众多的工程实例,提出了污水系统升级改造工程采用SBR+絮凝沉淀的设计方案,并对工艺流程中的各个构筑物包括机构设计、建筑设计、采暖设计和管线防腐等进行了细化。 (3)根据辉发城造纸厂的实际情况,对本次升级改造项目进行了简单的环境影响评价,并对此次升级改造项目的处理效果-效益进行了分析,最后对本项目的投资进行了估算。
[Abstract]:Paper industry is an industry with large investment, high energy consumption and serious environmental pollution. Compared with the paper industry in developed countries, China's paper industry has the problems of large consumption of water resources and low utilization ratio. The paper industry must take measures to make better use of the increasingly scarce water resources and reduce the pollution caused by the discharge of industrial sewage to the water body. In June 2008, the State Ministry of Environmental Protection issued the "Pollutant discharge Standard for Pulp and Paper Industry" GB3544-2008). Instead of the discharge Standard of Water pollutants in Papermaking Industry, GB3544-2001, the new standard requires existing pulp and paper enterprises to implement more stringent emission standards in order to further reduce environmental pollution. To achieve the sustainable goal of the enterprise, the paper industry wastewater treatment system is faced with the urgent problem of upgrading and transformation. Based on the comparison of domestic and foreign wastewater treatment processes in paper industry, combined with the actual situation of Huifa City Paper Factory in Huinan County, the technological process of upgrading and upgrading of Huifa City Paper Mill was designed. The environmental impact assessment and investment estimation analysis of this process are also carried out. The main contents of this paper include: In this paper, the pollution of water resources in paper industry at home and abroad is compared, and the pollution characteristics of papermaking wastewater are analyzed from the source and harm of waste water in papermaking industry. This paper summarizes the basic situation of Huifa City Paper Mill in Huinan County, Jilin Province, and analyzes the present situation of sewage treatment of the paper mill, on the basis of consulting a large number of related documents. Combined with many engineering examples at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the design scheme of sewage system upgrading project using SBR flocculation sedimentation, and designs each structure including mechanism design and architectural design in the process flow. The heating design and pipeline anticorrosion were refined. 3) according to the actual situation of Huifa City Paper Mill, a simple environmental impact assessment is carried out on this upgrade project, and the effect-benefit of the upgrading project is analyzed. Finally, the investment of this project is estimated.
